隔で瓶を保持する独立したバスケット(1)がロッド

送りロッド(7)で移動した後バスケットに取付けられ
ているローラー(2)を支点にしてモーター(8)によ
り旋回倒立させてアーム(30)で下降し、高温浸漬槽
内で先端を液面にだして待機する空気抜チューブ(4)
がバスケット(1)のガイドコーンに案内されて瓶内に
挿入され、空気抜チューブ先端が瓶底に届くまで下降
し、次に空気抜チューブが下降して瓶から抜取られる。
アーム(30)及び空気抜チューブはエヤーシリンダー
で駆動されるが、カムによっても同様の効果を得る。空
気抜チューブはパイプに繋がり昇降アーム(31)に固
定されるが、パイプ(32)はフレキシブルチューブ
(33)を経て缶体外で遮断弁をはさんで真空ポンプに
連結されてチューブ(4)パイプ(32)に溜液と空気
は機外に取出される。 (ロ)一つのバスケットが浸漬し、空気抜チューブが抜
取られると、バスケットはロッド(20)により先に浸
漬しているバスケットを押しながら出口方向に1バスケ
ット分ずつ移動させる。このような動作を繰返していく
つものバスケットは浸漬槽に一定時間滞留したのち出口
側に至って、バスケット下方の噴流ノズル(9)より液
を上部に噴流させて、高温液により瓶に貼付されていた
ラベルの糊が溶解し脱落してバスケット内に滞留するラ
ベルを吹き上げてバスケットのスリット(21)から外
部に出す。バスケットから出たラベルは吸引口が移動す
る構造のラベル吸引筒(11)内に吸引され外部に取出
されて分離される。吸引口を移動させるのは、ラベル吸
引筒(11)とラベル吸引内筒(10)により構成し外
筒は直線状の長穴を開けて吸引方向に向けて固定し、内
筒は螺旋状に長穴を開けて外筒内でゆっくり回転させな
がら吸引するもので、局部的に強力に、しかも全幅から
吸引するものである。瓶を浸漬槽から取出す際は空気チ
ューブ(22)を瓶内に挿入して空気を送りながら取出
すが空気チューブはフレキシブルチューブにより機外に
出し、逆止弁、遮断弁をはさみ圧縮空気管に接続され
る。 (ハ)バスケットが取出されるとバー(23)により噴
射洗浄室におくり込まれる。噴射洗浄室でも複数個のバ
スケットが滞留し、間欠的に移動しながら外洗ノズル
(5)、内洗ノズル(6)で循環ポンプによる、摂氏6
0度前後の洗浄液の噴射を受け、最後に清温湯の噴射に
より濯がれて、反転部に送出されて再びバスケットは反
転され排出プレート(26)上に送出され、バスケット

り自然に剥離するため粉々になったラベル屑により循環
して噴射する噴射ノズルを目詰まりさせることなく、そ
のための能率低下がない。 (ホ)作業終了時には機械内部の滞留している瓶を取出
さねばならないが、機体も小さく、滞留瓶の数が少ない
