In FIG. 7, F is a raw material powder supply port, A is a compressed air supply pipe that supplies compressed air to the binder supply pipe B, and 5 is a fluidized air blower 5, 6 that supplies air for forming a fluidized bed. There is a heater and 7 is an air receiver.

This means that in fluidized granulation, upper parts 1c and 1d
It was thought that the fine powder adhering to the granules did not particularly affect fluidized granulation, and it was used with intermittent hammering, etc., although it was unsatisfactory.

However, as a result of various experiments, the applicant has found that the fine powder adhering to the upper parts 1c and 1d also undergoes thermal denaturation due to the heat received, and that the composition of the granulated product is uneven, and that when a hammering device is used. Also, during hammering, a large amount of fine powder falls into the fluidized bed, causing an oxidized odor, and the particles become abnormally large, which significantly inhibits the fluidized granulation effect. Being there made a difference. Additionally, the hammering caused noise, which significantly worsened the working environment.

That is, in the rolling granulation method, mechanical force such as rolling or scraping is applied to the powder to compress the powder, causing the powder to aggregate and granulate. In this method, the product is dense, heavy, and spherical with a particle size of approximately 0.5 to 10 nm.

On the other hand, in the fluidized granulation method, the powder is aggregated and granulated by the moisture contained in the powder itself, so the granulated product has a low density, is soft, and has an irregular shape with a particle size of about 50 to 500 microns. Products produced by the fluidized granulation method are porous and therefore easily soluble in water, making them suitable for food and pharmaceutical products.

Therefore, if a scraping method is used in a fluidized granulation device similar to the rolling granulation method described above, the granulated product will remain attached to the wall in the form of a film.

Furthermore, in the fluidized granulation method, the fine powder is blown up by the fluidizing air, so that the fine powder adheres not only to the granulation part but also to the inner wall of the housing part of the bag filter for collecting the fine powder.

Therefore, in the fluidized granulation method, the scraping method as described above cannot be used as is. Therefore, in the fluidized granulation method, it is necessary to use the intermittent hammering method as described above.

This invention solves the above problems by
c, 1d A rotary blow-off machine 3 that rotates along the inner circumferential wall and continuously blows off the attached fine powder is installed in a fluidized granulation tank 1 having a circular cross section or a similar shape. The rotating shaft 3a of this rotary blow-off machine 3 is adapted to the shape of the fluidized granulation tank 1, and its rotating shaft 3a passes through the center of the fluidized granulation part so as not to disturb the flow of the fluidized bed, and to prevent fine powder from falling. Since it is quantitative, the fluidized granulation effect is significantly improved compared to a granulation tank without a rotary blow-off machine 3. Furthermore, mechanically, no noise is generated.

Since the rotating shaft 3a of the rotary blow-off machine 3 passes through the center of the fluidized granulation section, a vortex flow with a negative pressure at the rotating shaft 3a is generated in the fluidized granulation section. Therefore, the fluid granulation action is performed around the rotating shaft 3a, and the rotating shaft 3a promotes the fluid granulation action without interfering with it.

In addition, a fluidized bed blow-off machine 10 is similarly provided in the fluidized bed forming part 1a and protrudes from the rotating shaft 3a.
Blow off the fine powder adhering to the inner peripheral wall of a. However, the amount of cleaning air blown should be such that the flow of the fluidized bed is not disturbed. In addition, in the case of the batch type, fine powder adhering to the inner peripheral wall can be blown up to further increase the hardening of the granulation.

In FIG. 5, since the stirring blade 12a is attached to the fluidized bed forming section 1a, even if a humid fluidized bed is formed by continuously supplied raw material powder and continuous binder spray, it will not work normally. A fluidized bed is formed. In the case of the batch type, the binder is not continuously supplied, and drying and granulation are repeated, so that a fluidized bed can be formed relatively normally even without a stirrer.

(a) Cone section 1c at the top of the fluidized bed, fine powder recovery section 1d
Since the fine powder adhering to the surface is blown off, it eliminates the thermal denaturation of the adhering fine powder and the imbalance of the composition, which was the case in the past, and also solved the noise problem.

(b) In order to prevent the shape of the rotary blow-off machine 3 from disturbing the flow of the fluidized bed, the central part of the fluidized bed is attached to the rotating shaft 3a.
Since it is designed so that it penetrates, the fluidized granulation effect is not inhibited.

This is because when the rotating shaft 3a rotates, the fluidized bed forming section 1a generates negative pressure at the rotating shaft 3a, and the granulation action continues around the rotating shaft 3a. Therefore, the presence of the rotating shaft 3a and its rotation do not impede the granulation action at all.

(c) By using a rotary blow-off machine in the fluidized granulation method, the fine powder adhering to the inner wall of the tank is thermally denatured and falls along the inner wall without becoming attached, or it rises toward the filter bag 4. can. This is because the granulated product produced by the fluidized granulation method has a low density, is soft, has an irregular shape of about 50 to 500 microns, and is porous, so the fine powder used to form it is also a fine powder with similar properties.

In other words, the key point of the present invention is that an air blower system that does not interfere with fluidized granulation is selected for the fluidized granulation device.
