Claims (1)
- 測定物の段差寸法を測定する段差測定具であつ
て、先端が測定物の測定基準面に当接される筒状
のケーシングと、該ケーシングの内部に摺動可能
に配設され、且つ測定物側に向う方向に付勢され
、先端に測定物の測定面に当接される測定ヘツド
を有する摺動材と、該摺動材の摺動量を検出する
測定用ゲージと、ケーシングに対し摺動材を摺動
方向と直交方向で複数箇所に係合可能な係合部材
によりケーシングと摺動材との相対基準位置を複
数状態に設定する位置決め手段とを備えているこ
とを特徴とする段差測定具。
