Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の孔が形成された被測定物の第１の孔に挿
入され該第１の孔の位置ずれに応じて変位する第
１スピンドル部材と該第１スピンドル部材の変位
量に基づいて第１の孔の位置ずれ量を検出する第
１位置ずれ検出部とを備えた第１測定ユニツトと
、第２の孔に挿入され該第２の孔の位置ずれに応
じて変位する第２スピンドル部材と該第２スピン
ドル部材の変位量に基づいて第２の孔の位置ずれ
量を検出する第２位置ずれ検出部とを備えた第２
測定ユニツトとが設けられた複数孔の位置度測定
装置であつて、 第１の孔と第２の孔の同一方向の位置ずれを測
定するときに、第２位置ずれ検出部に対する第２
スピンドル部材の変位量から、第１スピンドル部
材の変位量分を差し引くように、第１スピンドル
部材と第２位置ずれ検出部とを連係させる連係部
材を設けたことを特徴とする複数孔の位置度測定
装置。
