Claims (1)
- 先端が低温となる円筒状のコールドフインガを
有する冷凍機と、前記コールドフインガが挿入さ
れる穴状の空間を形成し、かつ金属でできている
インナシエルと、前記インナシエルの外側をおお
い前記インナシエルとの間に真空層を形成するア
ウタシエルと、前記インナシエルに取付けられた
赤外線検知素子と、前記コールドフインガと、前
記インナシエルとの間で、かつ前記インナシエル
の根本位置に設けられた制振材とを備えたことを
特徴とする赤外線検知器。
