Claims (1)
- 先端が低温となる円筒状のコールドフインガを
有する冷凍機と、前記コールドフインガが挿入さ
れる穴状の空間を形成し、その先端に赤外線検知
素子を搭載したインナシエル及び前記インナシエ
ルの外側を覆い、前記インナシエルとの間に真空
層を形成するアウタシエルを有する真空デユワと
から成る赤外線検出器において、上記真空デユワ
のインナシエルを伸縮自在なベローズで構成した
ことを特徴とする赤外線検知器。
