本発明は、農園芸用殺菌剤組成物に関し、より
詳細には、N−(3−クロロ−5−トリフルオロ
メチル−2−ピリジル)−2,6−ジニトロ−3
−クロロ−4−トリフルオロメチルアニリン(以
下NPAと略称)と1,2−ジ−(3−メトキシカ
ルボニル−2−チオウレイド)ベンゼンとを有効
成分とし、前者1重量部に対し、後者を8重量部
以下含有する農園芸用殺菌剤組成物に関する。 従来から作物に発生する有害病を防除するため
に多くの農園芸用殺菌剤が提供されているが、な
お種々の面において改良が望まれている。 本発明者達は、先にNPAが農園芸上有害な灰
色かび病、黒星病などの病原菌に対して優れた抑
制効果を示すことを見出した。しかしながら、こ
の化合物はうどんこ病などの特定の病原菌に対し
てはその効果が十分でなく、また各病原菌に対し
て予防効果に比べて、治療効果がやや劣るなどの
欠点を有していた。本発明者達は、これらの欠点
を解決すべく研究した結果、NPAを他の特定の
殺菌剤と混合使用することにより、うどんこ病の
ように効果が十分でなかつた病原菌に対しても殺
菌力を示し、また、それぞれ単独施用では期待で
きない高い防除活性が認められ、更には単独施用
時に較べて施用量を減少することができるなど、
混用による相乗効果が得られることを見出した。
また、予防効果に加えて治療効果も得られるの
で、実用性が向上することも見出した。 すなわち本発明は、NPAと1,2−ジ−(3−
メトキシカルボニル−2−チオウレイド)ベンゼ
ンと有効成分として含有する農園芸用殺菌剤組成
物である。 なお前記の1,2−ジ−(3−メトキシカルボ
ニル−2−チオウレイド)ベンゼンは、商品名
“トツプジンM”として知られている。 次に本発明に係る試験例を記載する。 試験例 キユウリ灰色かび病予防試験 直径9cmの素焼鉢でキユウリ(品種:四葉)を
栽培し、1葉期に達したときに後記制剤例に準じ
て製造した供試化合物の水分散液の所定濃度のも
の10mlをスプレーガンを用いて散布した。24〜25
℃の温室に1昼夜放置した後、予めバレイシヨ・
ブドウ糖寒天培地(PDA培地)に培養しておい
たキユウリ灰色かび病菌のデイスク(寒天打抜)
をキユウリ葉上に置き接種した。接種後3日目に
第一葉の病斑長を調査し、無処理区の発病程度を
100とし、無発病を0として各処理区の発病程度
を百分率で求めた。その結果を次表に示す。なお

しても幅広く効果が認められる。 本発明の殺菌剤組成物は有害病菌に感染してい
る或はその恐れのある栽培作物例えばキユウリ、
トマト、ナスなどの蔬菜類、イネ、麦類などの禾
殻類、マメ類、リンゴ、ナシ、ブドウ、柑橘など
の果樹類などに適用することにより優れた殺菌作
用を呈し、例えばうどんこ病、べと病、たんそ
病、灰色かび病、黒星病、斑点落葉病、赤星病、
いもち病、紋枯病、苗立枯病、白絹病などの防除
に好適であるが、中でもうどんこ病、べと病、灰
色かび病、黒星病の防除には最適である。 本発明の殺菌剤組成物は、通常の農薬の場合と
同様に前記有効成分をそのまま水に稀釈し混合し
て施用することもできるが、各種補助剤と配合
し、乳剤、水和剤、粒剤などの形態に製剤して施
用することもできる。また前記有効成分を個々に
補助剤と配合、製剤して、それらを混合してもよ
い。前記補助剤としては硅藻土、消石灰、炭酸カ
ルシウム、滑石、ホワイトカーボン、カオリン、
ベントナイト、ジークライトなどの固形担体、ト
ルエン、キシレン、ソルベントナフサ、エタノー
ル、ジオキサン、アセトン、イソホロン、メチル
イソブチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメ
チルスルホキシド、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン
などの溶剤、アルキル硫酸ソーダ、アルキルベン
ゼンスルホン酸ソーダ、リグニンスルホン酸ソー
ダ、ポリオキシエチレングリコールアルキルエー
テル、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル、ポ
リオキシエチレンアルキルアリールエーテル、ポ
リオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステルなど
の展着剤、界面活性剤などが挙げられる。 本発明殺菌剤組成物の施用濃度は薬剤の製剤形
態、施用時期、有害病菌の種類などの条件によつ
て異なるので一概に規定できないが、一般に
NPAが1〜10000ppm、1,2−ジ−(3−メト
キシカルボニル−2−チオウレイド)ベンゼンが
1〜10000ppm望ましくは前者が10〜1000ppm、
後者が10〜1000ppmである。 製剤例 1 (1) NPA 25重量部 (2) 1,2−ジ−(3−メトキシカルボニル −2−チオウレイド)ベンゼン 25重量部 (3) ジークライト 45重量部 (4) リグニンスルホン酸ソーダ 5重量部 以上のものを均一に混合して水和剤とした。 製剤例 2 (1) NPA (2) ジークライト 78重量部 (3) カープレツクス (シオノギ製薬製:商品名) 15重量部 (4) ラベリンS (第一製薬製:商品名) 2重量部 (5) ソルポール5039 (東邦化学製:商品名) 5重量部 上記(2)〜(5)の混合物と(1)とを4:1の割合で混
