〈産業上の利用分野〉
本発明は醤油諸味、清酒諸味等の圧搾固液分離
に際して、これらを布上に所定量供給するため

〈従来の技術〉

問題はなかつた。また、布面上全面にノズル管
を配置し、諸味の充填の都度上下動すると共に後
垂れ受皿を往復動させる装置が、実公昭56−

〈発明が解決しようとする問題点〉
ところが、装置が大型化して一度に供給される
諸味量が増すと、諸味供給時間の短縮化が非常に
重要となつてくる。例えば特開昭51−9795号にみ
られるように計量器が直接布上へ諸味を注入す
る構造とすると、注入だけの問題に絞つて考える
と解決されたように見えるのであるが、しかし、
このような構造であると、計量器中の諸味が総て
注入された後、次に注入する諸味の計量が始まる
ため、これでは粘稠な諸味の計量時間が律速とな
つて、非常に作業性の悪いものとなる。この点を
解決するために計量器を複数のものにして、注入
装置と分離して諸味を布上へ排出することを検
討した。この際に計量器の下方の諸味排出口5は
絞られた構造となつているので、流速増大の問題
が生じ、布への充填時にはね出し、すなわち、
位置エネルギーからくる供給時圧に対する反発力
によつて諸味液が布外へ飛び出す問題点が生じ
てきた。また、布全面ノズル形は多数のノズル
の上下動や大きな受皿の往復動のため装置が大が
かりになるうえ動きが複雑となる問題が残されて

よつて開閉可能である。上方のシリンダ10に取
付られたリンク11の下端は、前記開閉板9が固
定されている回動腕12と同軸であるから、シリ
ンダ10の進退によつて開閉両側板9を開閉する
ことができるのである。すなわち、布上を走行
しながら開き、片道で全部が流出するようにし、
