Particularly when reporting an emergency situation, even though the message is of the utmost importance, it has to wait until the next message cycle, so there are problems such as it takes time for the message to be understood.

ある。(Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to figures. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an automatic notification device according to the present invention, in which 1 is a telephone line, and 2 is a network control circuit for capturing the line and sending out dial signals, which is the same as the conventional one. Reference numeral 3 denotes a message sending circuit in which a notification message is recorded in advance on a magnetic tape or a voice synthesis circuit. 4 is a control circuit for controlling the network control circuit 2 and the message sending circuit 3; Reference numeral 5 denotes a sensor or a push button switch, which is a means for giving an activation signal to the automatic notification device. Reference numeral 6 denotes a level detecting means, which is composed of a circuit for detecting the level of a signal such as a voice appearing on the telephone line 1, and is configured to send out a fixed time period output signal when a signal of a predetermined level or higher is detected. Reference numeral 7 denotes a voice detection means, which includes a bandpass filter and an amplifier for the voice band, and is configured to send out an output in response to the arrival of a voice signal. 8 is a 400Hz detection means, which includes a 400Hz bandpass filter and an amplifier, and is configured to output only a 400Hz signal. Reference numeral 9 denotes a determination circuit, which is configured to send a control signal to the control circuit 4 based on the states of the output signals of the level detection means 6, audio detection means 7 and 400Hz detection means 8, and includes a gate circuit, an arithmetic circuit, etc. It is composed of. FIG. 2 shows the conditions etc. for the judgment circuit 9 to judge the "response" of the destination party.

セージ送出手段3を駆動する。 Therefore, upon the arrival of the ring back tone (400Hz) sent out while the called party is "calling" after sending out the dial signal, an output signal is output to each of the level detection means 6, voice detection means 7, and 400Hz detection means 8. I get a signal. That is, the level detection means 6
The voice detection means 7 and the 400Hz detection means 8 each output signals with a frequency of 400Hz to the control circuit 4, in synchronization with the intermittent cycle of the ringback tone, that is, 1 second ON and 2 seconds OFF. do.
When the person to whom the report is sent responds, the ringback tone signal stops and the response becomes voice or silence. As a result, the output of the level detecting means 6 no longer has the above-mentioned periodic output, and the outputs of the audio detecting means 7 and the 400 Hz detecting means 8 are no longer synchronized. In other words, when the other party responds, "Hi, this is..." or "Moshimoshi."
, etc., or the caller is waiting for the caller to start speaking, so in the former case, outputs are obtained from the level detection means 6 and the voice detection means 7 depending on the other party's voice. However, since the audio does not always contain a 400 Hz component, the output of the 400 Hz detection means 8 cannot be obtained in synchronization with the output of the level detection means 6. (See the fourth row of the "Mode" section in FIG. 2) In the latter case, since there is no sound, synchronized signal outputs cannot be obtained from the respective detection means 6, 7, and 8 described above. (“Mode” in Figure 2
) Therefore, as mentioned above, the level detection means 8,
When the output states of the voice detection means 7 and the 400Hz detection means 8 are applied to the determination circuit 9, the determination circuit 9 determines that the other party has responded, and sends an output signal to the control circuit 4. As a result, the control circuit 4 controls the network control circuit 2 to disconnect the line 10 from the telephone line 1 and also drives the message sending means 3.

In this case, the second
As shown in the figure, the output states of the level detecting means 6, voice detecting means 7, and 400Hz detecting means 8 are the same as "calling" in response to the determination conditions, and do not result in a "answering" determination.
