「考案の目的」
本考案は組立式車輌用ホイールの考案に係り、
車輌用ホイールを組立構造によつて構成するよう
にしたものにおいて、体裁良好で泥分などの附着
固結を縮減すると共に制動機構の作用を有効に得
しめて安全運転に寄与し、しかも安定且つ強固な

ることが必要であつて、この場合のボルト、ナツ
トは少なくともナツトに関して一般的な角形のも

(考案が解決しようとする課題)

せしめ易いと共にその清掃が容易でなく、又清掃
のための払拭によつてメツキなどが剥離損傷せし
められ好ましい体裁を維持することができない。
更に斯うして角張つたナツトはそのリム部に対し
制動ブレーキなどを圧接するに当つて枢要なリム
基部における妨害物となり制動機構を適切に作用
せしめ得ないので車輌の安全運転上も好ましくな

材の装嵌孔に嵌合する段部を一体に形成したこと
を特徴とする組立式車輌用ホイールを提案するも

り、又該ナツト6には内側リム部2の装嵌孔20
中に嵌合される段部6bを底部に一体として形成

れたものであるからリム部材基端側表面からのナ
ツト突出量が少ないと共にこの部分でも角部を形
成することがなくなり、従つて該部分に泥土など
が附着固結する可能性が少なくなると共に清拭も
容易であり、又メツキ層の損傷も少ないなどの有
利性が得られるのみならず、上記のようにしてリ
ム部基端側に角張つた突出部がなくなるのでブレ
ーキ部材などをこのようなリム部基端側に近接さ
せて有効に作用せしめ得ることとなり、それによ
つて安全運転に寄与するものであり、更に該ナツ
ト6にはリム部材の装嵌孔20と嵌合する段部6
bが一体として形成されているのでナツト6とリ
ム部材との間に間隙を残すことが少なくて安定し
た組付関係を形成し得ると共に前記ボルト5の螺
入時におけるナツト6とリム部材との間の摩擦抵
抗を大にして円滑な螺入緊締を得しめるなどの効
果を有しており、実用上その効果の大きい考案で
