いる。 In general, an anti-lock brake system uses a modulator (hydraulic brake system) that detects a sign that the wheels are about to lock up when braking the car, in response to a wheel acceleration signal that is electrically differentiated wheel rotational speed from a speed sensor in an electronic control unit. A drive command is given to the modulator (adjusting device), and the modulator ensures steering stability of the vehicle during braking, and also controls the braking force while giving an appropriate wheel slip rate to shorten the braking distance.

いる。 In addition, anti-lock brake systems usually use a pair of normally open and normally closed solenoid valves, and by opening and closing each solenoid valve, brake adjustment pressure is applied to the modulator. Control means are used to adjust the braking force of the brake by releasing it to the reservoir side.

In response to depression of the brake pedal 1, the primary brake hydraulic pressure chambers 41, 41' of the first modulator 4 are transferred from the tandem master cylinder 2 to the primary brake hydraulic chambers 41, 41' of the first modulator 4. Brake pressure is applied to each of the primary brake hydraulic chambers 51 and 51' in the second modulator 5 through the first modulator 4, respectively, and hydraulic control valves 61 and 51' are respectively applied to the brake pressure.
Brake pressure is applied via 61'. Furthermore, by applying brake pressure to the primary brake hydraulic chambers 41, 41' of the modulator 4, each piston 42, 42' moves forward, thereby causing the secondary brake hydraulic chambers 43, 4
3', and the right and left front wheel brakes 71, 71' of the automobile are applied in accordance with the respective hydraulic outputs of the secondary brake hydraulic chambers 43, 43'.
are now in operation. The same is true on the modulator 5 side, and as each piston 52, 52' moves forward, brake pressure is transmitted to the secondary brake hydraulic chambers 53, 53', and the respective hydraulic outputs transmit the brake pressure. As a result, the left and right rear wheel brakes 81, 81' of the automobile are activated, respectively. Additionally, release oil chambers 4 are provided at the rear portions of the pistons 42, 42' and 52, 52' in the modulators 4 and 5, respectively.
4,44' and 54,54' are provided,
Each open oil chamber 4 between modulators 4 and 5
4, 44' and 54, 54' are in communication with each other, and the open oil chambers 54, 54' on the modulator 5 side are in communication with the reservoir 3 of the master cylinder 2. In addition, cup-shaped seal members 45, 45' and 55, 55' that partition the release oil chambers 44, 44' and 54, 54' from the secondary brake hydraulic chambers 43, 43' and 53, 53', respectively, are provided. It is integrally attached to the cylinders 42, 42' and 52, 52' side, and from each release oil chamber 44, 44' and 54, 54' to each secondary brake hydraulic chamber 43, 43' and 53, 53' side. Oil is supplied to each, but oil is prevented from leaking in the opposite direction.

It is connected to the reservoir 10 through 42. Note that these solenoid valves 131, 132 and 141, 142 are driven to open and close, respectively, according to drive commands from an electronic control unit (not shown).During anti-lock control, the solenoid valves 131, 132 are opened and the solenoid Valves 141, 142 are closed, and when not controlled, their respective solenoid valves 131, 132 and 14

る。 In a solenoid valve configured in this way,
When each excitation coil 18 in the in-valve section A and the out-valve section B is both in a deenergized state,
Each valve part is in the state shown in the figure by the action of the spring 20, that is, the in-valve part A is closed and the out-valve part B is open.
The high-pressure hydraulic system from 2 is immediately disconnected, and an oil path shown by the solid line arrow in the figure is formed via the in-valve section A and the out-valve section B, thereby connecting the reservoir 10 and the anti-lock control oil chamber of the modulator 4 or 5. 46 or 56 are communicated. Furthermore, when each excitation coil 18 is energized, the armature 21 is attracted to the core 16 side by magnetic force against the spring 20, thereby opening the valve on the inval part A side, and opening the valve on the inval part B side. The valve is closed, thereby cutting off the oil passage communicating between the reservoir 10 and the anti-lock control oil chamber 46 or 56 of the modulator 4 or 5, and forming an oil passage indicated by a dotted line arrow in the figure instead. The pressurized control oil from the accumulator 12 is then sent to the antilock control oil chamber 46 or 56.

にしている。 In the present invention, when the solenoid valve in which the in-valve part and the out-valve part are integrally assembled is mounted and fixed on the base, the pair of solenoid valves 131 and 141 on the modulator 4 side are The solenoid valve main body 35 integrated into one body and the solenoid valve main body 36 into which the pair of solenoid valves 132, 142 on the modulator 5 side are integrated are arranged side by side, and the upper end portions of each solenoid valve main body 35, 36 are arranged side by side. A common covering head 37 is used, and a plurality of stud bolts 38 (installed on the base 39 side) are mounted between the head 37 and the base 39, and each stud bolt 38 is installed between the head 37 and the base 39. The solenoid valve bodies 35 and 36 are mounted and fixed on the base 39 by tightening nuts, respectively.

いうまでもない。 In that case, especially in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the tips of the suction joints 31 of the solenoid valve bodies 35 and 36 are received by the springs 57 on the base 39 side, so that they are in a so-called floating state. Each solenoid valve body 35, 36 is attached to a base 39. Therefore, the dimensional error S in the height direction in the solenoid valve bodies 35 and 36 can be absorbed, and the solenoid valve body 3
5 and 36 can be installed and fixed without applying excessive force. It goes without saying that the solenoid valve bodies 35 and 36 may be supported by springs not only on the base 39 side but also on the head 37 side.

る。 As described above, in the solenoid valve of the anti-lock brake system according to the present invention, the solenoid valve is movably housed between the head that engages from one side of the solenoid valve and the base that engages from the other side of the solenoid valve. The head and base are fixed using a connecting member while defining the spacing between them, and a spring is placed between the solenoid valve and the head or base. It has the excellent advantage that the valve parts can be integrated and efficiently integrated while effectively consolidating the hydraulic system.

ルブ。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A solenoid valve is movably housed between a head that engages from one side of the solenoid valve and a base that engages from the other side of the solenoid valve, and the head and base are connected. A solenoid valve for an anti-lock brake system, characterized in that the solenoid valve is fixed with a member defining the distance therebetween, and a spring is disposed between the solenoid valve and a head or base. 2 On one side of the solenoid valve, there is an out valve section that controls communication/cutoff between the anti-lock control oil chamber and the reservoir, and on the other side of the solenoid valve, there is an in-valve section that controls communication/cutoff between the anti-lock control oil chamber and the hydraulic source. 2. The solenoid valve for an anti-lock brake system according to claim 1, wherein a spring is disposed between the solenoid valve and the base.
