As a clamping jig, a metal clamping frame having a substantially U-shape is fixed to a conductive rod, and a titanium, zirconium, steel, or aluminum fastening bolt screwed into one side of the U-shaped clamping frame and the other side A structure in which the end of an aluminum profile is clamped between a piece of aluminum is generally known (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-4112, Publication No. 55245-56, etc.).
However, these conventional products use titanium and zirconium fastening bolts, which have excellent durability but are expensive, and those using steel fastening bolts are prone to electrolytic corrosion and Those using aluminum fastening bolts had the disadvantage that the bolt diameter became thinner due to erosion, making it impossible to tighten them.

明する。(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above purpose, the sandwiching jig of the present invention is
A steel fastening bolt is passed through a conductive fixed clamping plate fixed to the conductive rod and protruding forward, a movable clamping plate, and an electrically insulating plate arranged on the outside of the fixed clamping plate,
A nut is screwed onto the tightening bolt to clamp the end of the material to be treated between the fixed and movable clamping plates, and the movable clamping plate has at least an inner surface that is to be in contact with the material to be treated. The fixing bolt is provided with an electrically insulating layer, and the fastening bolt is covered with an insulating tube for electrically insulating at least between the fastening bolt and the fixed clamping plate. In this proposal, the above-mentioned "movable clamping plate having an electrically insulating layer at least on the inner surface that is in contact with the material to be treated" refers to a single plate having electrical insulation and clamping strength, This includes a reinforcing plate superimposed on the outer surface of a plate having an electrically insulating property but no clamping strength, and a thick plate with high clamping strength superimposed on the outer surface of a thin plate with electrical insulation but no clamping strength. An example in which the present invention is applied to a clamping jig used for electrolytic treatment of aluminum sections will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, a base 5 of an aluminum fixed clamping plate 4 is fixed to one side of an aluminum conductive rod 2 having a rectangular cross section, and the clamping plate 4 protrudes forward at right angles, and the clamping plate 4 extends horizontally. It is a downward L-shaped piece consisting of a horizontal piece 6 and a vertical piece 7 hanging at right angles to the horizontal piece 6, and a through hole 8 is bored at the intersection of the horizontal piece 6. The other movable clamping plate 9 is the fixed clamping plate 4.
It is L-shaped, consisting of a horizontal piece 10 and a vertical piece 11, which are almost the same shape as the electric lamp. A reinforcing plate 13 made of a thin stainless steel plate with a smaller diameter than the clamping plate 12 is adhered to the outer surface of the insulating and clamping plate 12, and a through hole 14 is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 8. It's open.

The stainless steel reinforcing plate 13 of the movable clamping plate 9 is inserted into the insulating tube 15, and the tip of this bolt 16 is inserted into the through hole 8 of the fixed clamping plate 4. An electrical insulating plate 17, which is a thick plate made of the same material as the insulating/clamping plate 12 and has a through hole 18, is fitted onto the bolt protrusion on the outside of the clamping plate 4. A steel nut 20 is screwed together via a steel washer 19. The above insulation tube 15
In this example, the tip thereof is connected to the through hole 8 of the fixed clamping plate 4.
It is long enough to partially penetrate inside.

The ends are brought into contact with the front surfaces of the vertical pieces 7 and 11 of both clamping plates 4 and 9, and in this state, the nut 2 is tightened.
0 to clamp and hold the web portion w between both clamping plates 4 and 9. When the conductive rods 2, 2, in which a large number of main sections are sandwiched horizontally in multiple stages in this manner, are immersed in an electrolytic solution and a current is applied to the conductive rods 2, 2 through the anode beam 1, the fixed clamping plate 4, a current flows through the aluminum profile m, and a predetermined electrolytic treatment is performed. In this case, the tightening bolt 16 is attached to the insulating tube 1 with respect to the fixed clamping plate 4.
5 and an electrically insulating plate 17, and the shape member m
is insulated by the insulating and clamping plate 12, thereby preventing electrolytic corrosion caused by electrolytic treatment.
