Claims (1)
- 宇宙空間と同様な低圧力と極低温の環境下で、
軌道上で照射される太陽光エネルギ、地球ＩＲ等
の熱入力と等価なエネルギを与えるヒータパネル
と、上記ヒータパネルを低温に維持するための冷
却用パイプと、上記ヒータパネルを高温に維持す
るためのヒータとで構成する熱真空試験装置にお
いて、上記ヒータパネルをスライド開閉式とし、
上記冷却パイプを無くしたことを特徴とする熱真
空試験装置。
