DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an anti-slip unit and a driving device for the anti-slip unit 1. Specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-slip unit to be mounted on an automobile tire and a driving device for the anti-slip unit. This article relates to a driving device suitable for driving. (Prior Art) Conventional spiked tires are tires with various types of spikes driven into them in order to ensure safe driving performance of automobiles on snowy roads and ice-covered roads.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the method of manufacturing the above-mentioned spiked tire, the tip of the spike pin 1 and the tip 1a protruding from the tip are inserted into the tread of the tire where the hole for spike pin volatilization is enlarged. The tip of the plunger 2 is fitted into the tread hole, and the plunger 2 is moved by an air cylinder or the like to install the spike pin in the tread hole.

On the other hand, in a dispatch vehicle equipped with the conventional spiked tires mentioned above,
When driving on a road with an exposed road surface, a problem occurs where the spike pins scrape the road surface. This scraped dust flies into the atmosphere and causes air pollution.Additionally, spike pins have scraped off road signs such as Crossing 41F, which are drawn 1 meter above the road, making them unclear and dangerous. At the same time, when the snow melts, it is necessary to paint IT signs once again, which requires a huge amount of money, creating a major social problem.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor invented and filed Japanese Patent Application No. 63-50467. In these inventions, the tip of the anti-slip pin remains protruding from the tread surface due to resistance from the road surface only when the anti-slip pin is about to slip on a frozen road, such as when suddenly stopping IL, suddenly starting, or starting on a slope. This is an anti-slip unit in which the anti-slip pin is pressed against the road surface and inserted into the tire during normal driving conditions.

That is, as an example is shown in FIG. 8, the anti-slip unit 3
A partition 5 is provided in the middle of the cylinder 4 constituting the cylinder 4, and the enlarged portion 6a at the rear end of the anti-slip pin 6 is prevented from slipping out through a hole 5a formed in the partition 5. In addition, an enlarged diameter neck portion 6b formed at the tip of the anti-slip pin 5 and a retaining portion 5 of the cylinder 4 are also provided.
A spring 8 is disposed between the cylinder 4 and the cylinder 4, and the anti-slip pin 6 is biased in the direction of the opening edge 4a of the cylinder 4, and the enlarged diameter neck portion 6b protrudes. Therefore, the force that causes the anti-slip pin 6 to swing on the tire surface (horizontal component force: force generated by sudden braking, sudden starting, etc.)
When this is applied, the jaws of the enlarged diameter neck portion 6b of the anti-slip pin 6 engage with the opening a4a of the cylinder 4 and protrude, thereby exerting an anti-slip effect. (Problem to be solved by the invention 'M) If the conventional driving method is applied when driving the anti-slip unit 3 into the tire, the tip of the enlarged diameter neck portion 6b of the anti-slip pin 6 is pressed and installed in the trend part. becomes.

However, since the anti-slip pin 6 is biased by the spring 8, it is unstable, and the anti-slip unit 3 cannot be pushed into the tire by pressing the anti-slip pin 6. Also,
The anti-slip unit 3 may be pushed in in a tilted position. Furthermore, even if the anti-slip pin 6 is pressed while riding, there is a risk that the spring will be crushed or the elastic force of the spring will be destroyed, making it difficult for the anti-slip pin 6 to move forward or backward.

Moreover, even when pressing the opening edge 4a of the cylinder 4 of the anti-slip unit 3, only a slight positional shift occurs, and the cylinder 2
The opening edge 4a of the opening may be damaged or the opening edge 4a may be pushed in at an angle.

Further, the device for driving the anti-slip unit into the tire is installed in a guide tube that feeds the anti-slip unit so that the rear end side of the anti-slip unit faces the feeding direction. A plunger is provided at the tip of the plunger, a recess is formed at the tip of the plunger, the opening edge of the recess is used as a pressing part that presses the edge of the cylinder 1 of the anti-slip unit, and the space inside the recess at the tip of the plunger is used as the pressing part of the plunger. When pressing the cylinder opening edge of the anti-slip unit,
It is characterized in that it is formed in a space that does not come into contact with the tip of the anti-M pin of the anti-slip unit.

Attach the anti-slip unit to the tire by pressing the cylinder opening edge of the anti-slip unit with a plunger. On the other hand, since the cylinder opening edge of the anti-slip unit is formed thick, the plunger can reliably suppress the cylinder opening edge, allowing the anti-slip unit to be installed inside the tire. Furthermore, since the tip of the anti-slip pin is not pressed, the anti-slip pin and the spring that serves as the biasing means will not be damaged. (Embodiments) Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the anti-slip unit. Overall code 10
is an anti-slip unit. 12 is a cylindrical cylinder, and a flange portion 14 is formed at the lower end. Further, the diameter of the cylinder 12 is reduced from the middle to the front end, and this part is defined as a reduced diameter cylinder section 12A, and the rear end of the cylinder 12 is defined as an enlarged diameter cylinder section 12I3. An inner flange extending centrally from the boundary between the enlarged diameter cylinder part 12B and the diameter reduced cylinder part 12A of the cylinder 12 and having a hole 16a in the center is formed, and this inner flange is used as the retaining part 16. An anti-slip pin 32 is loosely inserted into the cylinder 12, and the rear end of the anti-slip pin 32 is formed with an enlarged portion 20 for preventing it from coming off, which is located within the enlarged diameter cylinder portion 12I3 below the anti-slip portion 16. The middle part of the anti-slip pin 32 is a thin shaft 18, and the tip of the shirt 1-l8 has a large diameter expanded neck part 22.
is formed, and a protrusion 24 is formed at the center of the upper surface of this enlarged diameter neck portion 22. The enlarged portion 20 is formed thickly, and the lower end of the enlarged portion 20 substantially coincides with the inner diameter of the enlarged diameter cylinder portion 12B. On the other hand, the diameter of the upper surface side of the enlarged portion 20 is reduced. Therefore, the cross-sectional shape of the ampulla 20 is formed into a trapezoid. In addition, the upper surface of the enlarged portion 20 and the lower surface of the retaining portions 1.6 are arranged so that the axes of the cylinder 12 and the anti-slip pin 32 coincide when the physical part of the enlarged portion 20 and the lower surface of the retaining portions 1, 6 come into contact with each other. are each formed on a plane that intersects perpendicularly to the axis.

When a car equipped with an anti-slip tire into which the anti-slip unit 10 is installed applies the brakes, the rotational speed of the tire rapidly decreases. At the same time, a horizontal component force is applied to the tip of the anti-slip pin 32 due to resistance with the road surface (a force that causes the anti-slip pin 32 to swing is applied). Then, the anti-slip pin 32 swings, the jaw 22a of the enlarged diameter neck 22 engages with the opening edge 12a of the cylinder l2, and the enlarged diameter neck 22 and the protrusion 24 slightly protrude from the tread surface of the tire 34. It remains in this state and bites into the frozen road surface or compacted snow surface to prevent slipping.

When an automobile equipped with a tire in which the anti-slip pin 32 is embedded is driven, when the anti-slip pin 32 touches the ground during normal driving, it is pushed into the cylinder 12 against the biasing force of the spring 30. On the other hand, when the automobile is braked or accelerated, a horizontal component of force is applied to the anti-slip pin 32, and the uneven strip 32e of the anti-slip pin 32 engages with the opening edge 12f of the uneven strip 12e of the cylinder 12, causing it to move into the cylinder 12. It becomes difficult to be pushed.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above regarding the present invention, since the diameter of the cylinder opening edge of the anti-slip pin is expanded in the outer circumferential direction, when it is attached to a tire, it does not easily come off from the tire. In addition, since the anti-slip unit of the present invention has a thick opening edge of the cylinder, it can be attached to the tire by pressing the opening edge, and the anti-slip unit can be installed in the recess at the tip of the plunger. The anti-slip unit can be mounted by pressing the anti-slip unit while the enlarged diameter neck at the tip of the anti-slip pin remains free.
