[Detailed explanation of the invention] ● Industrial application field This invention monitors the usage status of gas appliances from the flow rate of gas flowing to the consumer, and the flow rate that matches the preset gas consumption amount is determined as the flow rate. When detected by the measuring device, a timer is started to measure the amount of time this flow continues to flow, and when this measured time exceeds a preset safe continuous use time, it is determined to be dangerous and an emergency shutoff valve is activated. This relates to a gas accident prevention device that sends a shut-off signal to shut off the gas supply.

● Structure of the present invention The present invention is a technical means to achieve the above purpose.
A supply gas flow measuring device installed in the gas supply line and a supply gas emergency shutoff valve installed in the gas supply line and, depending on the gas consumption, the continued use safety of a single gas appliance. The time can be stored in advance, and the overall gas flow rate value is measured at regular intervals using the flow rate measuring device, and if an increase is observed between the previous value and the current value,
The increase is taken as the consumption amount of one gas appliance newly started to be used, and if a decrease is recognized, the use of the gas appliance whose consumption is closest to the decrease is assumed to be stopped. The gas consumption of each appliance being used can be determined, and when it is detected by the method that a new gas appliance has started to be used that has a larger gas consumption than any of the appliances currently in use. We will continue to measure the continuous use time as long as the appliance is allowed to continue to be used, and if this measured time exceeds the safe continuous use time of the gas appliance, it will be determined that there is an abnormality. A closing signal is issued to the emergency shutoff valve, or the continuous use time of each gas appliance currently being used at the same time is continuously measured, and during this continuous use safe time, the corresponding continuous use is first stopped. If the time exceeds the specified time, it will be determined that there is an abnormality and a shut-off signal will be issued to the emergency shutoff valve, or if there is a change in the overall flow rate of the supplied gas, the continuous use time will be measured and the next step will be taken. When the continuous use time of the same flow rate until a change occurs exceeds the memorized continuous use safe time for the gas consumption of the maximum gas consumption appliance in use, a close signal is issued to the emergency shutoff valve. In a gas accident prevention device consisting of a control circuit configured as described above, the control circuit reads a reed switch and the ON/OFF pattern of the reed switch, determines the ON/OFF pattern, and determines whether or not the control circuit continues to use the reed switch. Change the safety time setting,
A circuit for selecting an appropriate constant among different constants for each measurement unit of the flow rate measuring device is provided, and a setting device with an electromagnet that continuously creates a magnetic field by turning on and off a switch button is provided. The present invention proposes a set value changing device for a gas accident prevention device, which is configured to turn on and off a magnetic field brought close to the reed switch.

● Embodiment Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a gas accident prevention device, 2 is a reed switch built into this device 1, and 3 is a control circuit. The safe continuous use time of each single gas appliance can be memorized in advance according to the consumption of gas, and the use of the gas appliance with the highest gas consumption currently in use can be detected by flow measurement. The device starts measuring time from the time when the gas appliance is used, and when the measured time exceeds the safe continuous use time of the gas appliance, it is determined that there is an abnormality and a signal is sent to the emergency shutoff valve to close it. Further, this control circuit 3 reads the ON/OFF pattern of the reed switch 2, determines the abnormal flow rate setting value and the continuous use safe time setting value from this ON/OFF pattern, and can change the respective setting values. .

Next, an example of changing the set value on the control circuit 3 side using the operating device 4 will be explained. First, the electromagnet 5 of the operating device 4 is brought close to the reed switch 5 of the control circuit 3,
Type on the keyboard 6 in a predetermined pattern. When the keyboard 6 is typed, the power is turned on and off, and the electromagnet 5 is turned on and off in accordance with the pattern typed on the keyboard 6. This ON,
Since the magnetic field turns ON and OFF in the same pattern due to OFF, the reed switch 2 turns ON and OFF in the same pattern due to this magnetic field. The control circuit 3 reads the ON/OFF pattern of the reed switch 2, and changes each set value based on this pattern.

In addition, in order to confirm the above change, control circuit 3
It is necessary to have a means to check whether the judgment is correct or not.
For this reason, in the embodiment, in order to confirm whether or not the signal received by the control circuit 3 is the one sent by the operating device, the cutoff/warning display LED 8 is blinked with the received unique putter. This flashing signal is received by the phototransistor 9, read into the control circuit 7 of the operating device 4, and checked to see if the settings are correct. If the verification result is correct, a signal indicating that it is correct is sent to the display means of the operating device 4 and the control circuit 3. The control circuit 3 receives this signal and confirms the change in the set value.
