In addition, since each raw material has its own unique ingredients, each has its own advantages and disadvantages in terms of active ingredients, and processing has not been carried out in a manner that complements each other.

The present invention aims to provide a method for producing these.

The feathers are stored in a couture and sealed, and heated steam is applied to the jacket of the couture. The feathers are press-fitted and steamed for 30 to 60 minutes at a temperature of 120 to 160 degrees Celsius. After the feathers are hydrolyzed through this steaming process, the hydrolyzed feathers and seafood are simultaneously heated in oil. Place it in a storage bag and soak it in oil.

By performing two-stage depressurization, effective dehydration treatment and efficiency of oil extraction treatment in the subsequent process can be achieved.

It is also possible to prevent the outflow of fats and vitamins accompanying the outflow of these taste components.

も、有効な製品とすることができる効果がある。 In this invention, since the feathers are hydrolyzed in advance, the proteins contained in the feathers have been decomposed and are soluble, and seafood is mixed with this and the mixture is heated under two-step vacuum depending on the oil temperature. As the dehydration treatment is carried out, the amino acid balance of each raw material is improved, and in particular, cystine, which is lacking in seafood, is mixed with the extract components of seafood, namely extract nitrogen and amino nitrogen. The odor peculiar to seafood is deodorized by the oil during heat treatment at oil temperature, and the essential amino acids of each of the feathers and seafood are supplemented without leaving any bad odor in the final product. As a result, a product containing good amino acids can be obtained, and the product can be effective in terms of taste and nutritional balance.
