Claims (1)
- ステム上面に、両端面から同一光出力を出すレ
ーザチツプ共振器を光出射窓に対し平行にマウン
トとするとともに、レーザチツプの共振器両端面
の一方の延長方向上に反射鏡を傾斜状に配置する
とともに、他方の延長方向上にモニタ用フオトダ
イオードを傾斜状に配置し、前記反射鏡およびモ
ニタ用フオトダイオードで、反射させた光を集光
して外部に出力する集光レンズ付き光出射窓を備
えたキヤツプを設けた半導体レーザ。
