の半導体レーザ装置の断面図である。１は半導体
レーザ素子、４は光検知器、１１，１３は偏光フ
イルター、１２はλ／４板を示す。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザ素子と、この半導体レーザ素子の
共振器の第１の端面より出射する第１の光束が透
過する偏光フイルターと、前記半導体レーザ素子
の共振器の第１の端面と対向する第２の端面より
出射する第２の光束を受光し光電変換する光検知
器と、前記半導体レーザ素子と前記光検知器との
間に偏光方向変換素子を備え、前記第２の光束と
この第２の光束の前記光検知器による反射光束が
前記偏光方向変換素子を通過するようにしたこと
を特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
