FIG. 10 shows the experimental results of the inventor. 10, the bag 30 is inserted into the transport pipe 1 shown in FIG. 1, and compressed air is supplied to the bag 30 from the state shown in FIG. 7 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. At this time, pressure changes measured by pressure gauge 4 or pressure gauge 6 are shown. Transport pipe 1 has a diameter of 150 mm from the right side of Figure 1.
City gas is supplied at mmH 2 O and 71.8 m 3 /h. When compressed air was supplied to the bag 30 at a constant flow rate, the pressure change measured by the pressure gauge 4 decreased relatively slowly, as shown by line 1.

For reference, a bag was connected to the tip of a single tube, the bag was inserted into transport pipe 1, and compressed air was supplied to the tube at a constant flow rate to inflate the bag. The pressure change detected by the pressure gauge 4 at this time changes rapidly, as shown by line 2. The bag connected to the tip of the single tube is folded with a breakable tape and inserted into the transport pipe 1, and compressed air is supplied to the bag. Then, the bag expands, and this expansion force causes the tape to break, and the bag expands within the transport pipe 1. According to such a configuration, the inside of the transport pipe 1 is closed in a short time. Therefore, it is difficult to observe changes in the pressure inside the transport pipe 1 along with the inflation state of the bag using the pressure gauge 4 or the pressure gauge 6. On the other hand, according to the present invention, when compressed air is supplied to the bag body 30 at a constant flow rate, the pressure change observed by the pressure gauge 4 or pressure gauge 6 is shown by line 1. Therefore, the transport pipe 1 will not be erroneously sealed by the bag body 30, and the risk of blocking gas transport through the transport pipe 1 will be reliably eliminated.

After the bag 30 is used in the transport pipe 1, it is returned to the transport pipe 1.
When removing the bag body 30 from the pipe fitting 5,
Pipe bodies 32, 33 and air pump 53 by 1, 52
The connection state with the bag body 30 is released, the tube bodies 32 and 33 and the air pump 53 are removed, and the compressed air inside the bag body 30 is released to the outside. Thereafter, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, one of the tubes 32 and 33 is rotated around its axis as indicated by the arrow 74. As a result, the air remaining in the bag body 30 is transferred to the other tube body 3.
Flows to the 3rd side. In this way, it is possible to ensure that no air remains within the bag body 30. With the bag 30 wrapped around the one tube 32 in this manner, the tubes 32 and 33 can be pulled and returned from inside the transport pipe 1 through the base 17 and into the guide tube 26.

Referring to FIG. 11, the procedure for cutting out and replacing the construction site L of the transport pipe 1 will be described. First of all
1 As shown in Figure 1, operation holes 2 and 3 are provided in the transport pipe 1.
A pressure gauge 4 is attached to the operation hole 2. The operating device 7 is attached to the operating hole 3, and the plug 18 (see FIG. 3) that has previously closed the operating hole 3 is removed by operating the handle 21, and the bag 30 is removed by operating the handle 21.
Then, the pipe bodies 32 and 33 are inserted into the transport pipe 1 by pushing them. The bag body 30 is inserted closer to the construction site L with respect to the operation hole 3. Whether the bag body 30 has reached the optimal position within the transport pipe 1 is determined by the tube body 3.
It can be known from the outside by the marks displayed in advance at 2 and 33. When compressed air is not supplied to the bag body 30, the pressure gauge 4 and the working device 7
Compare the pressure measured by the pressure gauge 6 attached to the pressure gauge 4 and confirm that the pressure values measured by the pressure gauges 4 and 6 are the same.

Therefore, the bag 30 is changed from the state shown in the sixth figure to the state shown in the seventh figure, and then compressed air is supplied into the bag 30 by the air pump 53. As a result, the bag body 30 gradually inflates. Observe the pressure values on the pressure gauges 4 and 6 before the bag 30 blocks the transport pipe 1. At this time, if there is no pressure change in either the pressure gauges 4 or 6 and the pressure remains the same, gas is being supplied to the transport pipe 1 from both sides of the bag body 30, which is a so-called double-pressure supply. It turns out that there is something. At this time, compressed air is further supplied to the bag body 30 to close the transport pipe 1 as shown in FIG. 11 and 2. Similarly, another bag 31 is inserted into the transport pipe 1 using the working device 7 and inflated, and the transport pipe 1 is closed as shown in FIG. 11, 3. A dissipation pipe 46 is attached to the working device 7 through pipe joints 45 and 47. Similarly, operation hole 2
From then on, using a working device 7a having the same configuration as the working device 7, the bags 30a and 31a are inserted into the transport pipe 1.
The transport pipe 1 is cut off by inserting the pipe into the pipe. Since the working device 7 is equipped with the dissipation pipe 46, the bags 30, 3
1, the gas in the space inside the transport pipe 1 is dissipated into the atmosphere, and the bags 31, 31a
The city gas that passes between the pipe wall and the pipe wall of the transport pipe 1 can be dissipated into the atmosphere. The same applies to the other working device 7a. In this way, with the transport pipe 1 blocked by the bags 30, 31; 30a, 31a, it is possible to cut out and replace the construction site L.

Referring to FIG. 12, another procedure for removing and replacing the construction site L will be described. The procedure for storing the bag 30 in the transport pipe 1 using the working device 7 and inflating the bag 30 to the extent that the transport pipe 1 is not blocked is described in relation to FIG. 11 above. The procedure is similar to that described above. At this time, when a change occurs in the pressure values of the pressure gauges 4 and 6 and it is observed that the pressure values of both the pressure gauges 4 and 6 become different from each other, the transport pipe 1 is connected to the bag body 30 only from either the left or right side. It can be seen that the gas is supplied in a so-called one-sided supply. At this time, the bag 30 is contracted and returned to the guide tube 26 of the working device 7 for storage. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 12, connecting holes 61 and 62 are formed in the transport pipe 1 on the outside of the pipe axis of the operation holes 2 and 3, and these connecting holes 61 and 62 are connected to each other by a bypass pipe line 63. Connect. With the bypass pipe line 63 connected to the transport pipe 1 in this way, the bag 30 is again inserted into the transport pipe 1 by the working device 7 as shown in FIG. occlude. Similarly, the bag 31 is inserted into the transport pipe 1 to shut off the transport pipe 1. Also, the working device 7a is attached to the operation hole 2, and the bags 30a, 31
The transport pipe 1 is shut off by a. Therefore, the gas in the transport pipe 1 including the construction site L can be dissipated in the same manner as described above, and the construction site L can be cut out and replaced.

In this way, there is no need to use paper tape or O-rings to bind the bag body 30 as in the past, and therefore, when compressed air is introduced into the bag body 30, the force directed outward in the radial direction is used. There is no fear that the transport pipe 1 will be suddenly closed at the moment the paper tape or the like breaks.

Effects As described above, according to the present invention, by simply rotating the tubes 32 and 33 fixed along a pair of mutually opposing sides of the bag 30, the bag 30 can be connected to a transport pipe. Insertion and removal are extremely easy, and work efficiency is significantly improved.

In particular, according to the present invention, the bag body 30 is flat when no compressed air is supplied to the inside thereof;
Moreover, its plane is a right-angled quadrilateral, and one end of each of the tubes 32 and 33 is inserted along the pair of opposing sides and fixed to the bag 30, so that, for example, the fifth As shown in Figure 4,
When one tube body 33 is rotated around its axis and the bag body 30 is wrapped around it, the air remaining in the bag body 30 flows through the through hole 66 of the other tube body 33 to the other tube body 32. It is then discharged. Therefore, the bag 30 can be inserted into and removed from the transport pipe while the bag 30 is reduced in size, improving workability and preventing damage to the bag 30.
