Claims (1)
- 内部に脱硫剤を有する吸収塔と、前記脱硫剤を
再生する再生塔と、脱硫剤の再生により発生した
亜硫酸ガスを除去する亜硫酸ガス除去設備と、再
生塔で発生した亜硫酸ガスを膨張降圧させて亜硫
酸ガス除去設備に導く膨張機と、亜硫酸ガス除去
設備で発生したガスを圧縮昇圧させて吸収塔及び
再生塔の少くとも一方に導く前記膨張機と同軸に
設けられた圧縮機とを備えたことを特徴とする乾
式脱硫装置。
