Claims (1)
- 圧縮機により圧縮された混合気体を少なくとも
２塔以上で構成される吸着塔に導入し、バルブ等
の切換機構により吸着工程および脱着工程を繰り
返して混合気体中の有効成分を分離採取するＰＳ
Ａ方式吸着装置において、前記吸着塔の内部に、
一端が閉となり内部に連続した空間を持つ部材を
備えたことを特徴とする吸着による気体分離装置
。
