Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 粒状シリコンをるつぼ中に供給しながらシ
リコン単結晶を育成するシリコン単結晶の引上げ
装置において、 減圧不活性ガス雰囲気に置換可能な箱体内に、
下部に排出口を有する粒状シリコンの貯蔵ホツパ
ーと、該貯蔵ホツパーの排出口の下に水平に設け
られた回転円板と、前記貯蔵ホツパーの排出口よ
り前記回転円板上に排出された粒状シリコンを掻
落す掻取板とを設けてなり、該掻取板と前記回転
円板及び貯蔵ホツパーの排出口との間隙を前記粒
状シリコンの最大粒径以上に設定したことを特徴
とする粒状シリコンの供給装置。 (2) 回転円板の形状を載頭円錐状に形成すると
共に、昇降自在に配設され前記回転円板外周の円
錐状側面との間でシリコン粒子の供給を遮断する
遮断装置を設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記
載の粒状シリコンの供給装置。
