(Means for Solving the Problems) The tension frame of the present invention includes a main bone made of synthetic resin, and a support bone made of synthetic resin whose one end is rotatably connected to the approximate middle part of the main bone. At the connecting part, either approximately the middle part of the main bone or one end of the support bone,
A fitting hole consisting of a through hole and a notch formed continuously with the fitting hole is integrally formed, and on the other hand, a support shaft that is rotatably inserted into the through hole of the fitting hole is formed at the end thereof. A feature is that the protrusion is integrally formed with a protrusion that passes through the notch of the fitting hole and engages with the peripheral edge of the through hole.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the main rib 2 is made of flexible synthetic resin into a rod shape, and a fitting hole 4 is integrally formed approximately in the middle thereof. is formed. That is, the fitting hole 4 is connected to the connecting plate 6 which is connected to the main frame 2 in a protruding state approximately in the middle thereof.
The through hole 4a is formed in the connecting plate 6, and the notch 4b is formed continuously with the through hole 4a. In FIG. 2, 7 is a hole formed at one end of the main bone 2, and 8 is a fitting portion formed at the other end of the main bone 2.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the bridge 3 is made of flexible synthetic resin, and has one end that is rotatably inserted into the fitting hole 4 of the main frame 2 and cannot be detached. A protrusion 5 that is engaged with is integrally formed. That is, the protrusion 5 has a support shaft 5a formed to have a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 4a of the fitting hole 4 and longer than the length of the through hole 4a, and the protrusion 5 is formed substantially opposite to the end of the support shaft 5a. It consists of a pair of projecting pieces 5b that are formed and can pass through the notch 4b of the fitting hole 4. The diameter of these support shafts 5a and the length of the protrusion 5b are as follows:
and one protruding piece 5b are inclined, and the fitting hole 4 is opened.
The projecting piece 5b is set so that it can be inserted into the through hole 4a together with the fitting hole 4a, and when the projecting piece 5b comes out to the opposite side of the fitting hole 4, it is latched onto the connecting plate 6 to prevent the support shaft 5a from coming off. . Moreover, the formation position of the protruding piece 5b is
Even if the tension rib 1 is used as a table cover, for example, and the stretcher 3 is rotated relative to the main bone 2 by opening and closing it, the projecting piece 5b of the stretcher 3 and the notch 4b of the main bone 2 will match. It is formed in such a position that it does not. Therefore, detachment of the strut 3 can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, in Figure 5,
9 is a hole formed in one end of the strut 3.

When connecting one end of the support bone 3 to a substantially intermediate portion of the main bone 2 in a rotatable and non-separable manner, first, the support shaft 5a of the protrusion 5 and one of the protrusions 5b are fitted. The support shaft 5 is aligned with the through hole 4a of the fitting hole 4, and the other protruding piece 5b is positioned in the notch 4b of the fitting hole 4.
It is inserted into the through hole 4a with the tip a tilted. Then, the support shaft 5a and one protruding piece 5b enter the through hole 4a together, and then one protruding piece 5b exits to the opposite side of the through hole 4a.
At this time, the protruding piece 5b matching the notch 4b also passes through the notch 4b and comes out to the opposite side (see FIGS. 7 and 8). When the strut 3 is rotated in this state, each protruding piece 5b is hooked to the connecting plate 6 (see FIGS. 9 and 10). Therefore,
One end portion of the support bone 3 is rotatably and irremovably connected to a substantially intermediate portion of the main bone 2 .

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the tension rib of the present invention has a fitting hole integrally formed in either the substantially middle part of the main bone or the support bone, and a fitting hole that is rotatably inserted into the fitting hole in the other. Since the protrusions that are irremovably engaged are integrally formed, the tension ribs can be assembled by simply engaging the protrusions into the fitting holes, and metal joints can be used as with conventional tension ribs. Assembling the tension ribs is easier and faster than before.
