- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端半球状の外側電極の中心に、この外側
電極と間隔をおいて中央電極を設けると共に、前

記間隔に連なるスリツトを設けたことを特徴とす
る放電電極。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
中央電極の先端面を平坦としたことを特徴とする
放電電極。
