Then, the generated vaporized gas is mixed with the air sent from the combustion fan to form a premixed gas, which is homogenized in the uniformity chamber 4 and is ejected from the laminated flame hole 6. This premixture is ignited by discharge from an ignition electrode (not shown) in the gap between the laminated flame hole 6 and the heat-receiving wall 5, and combustion is continued to be promoted by air flowing in from the outside of the heat-receiving wall 5.

In order for the kerosene to spread and vaporize, the opening area of the lower part containing the vaporizer is made smaller, and the speed of the air is increased so that the kerosene flows along the inner circumferential surface of the vaporizer chamber 3, so the pressure loss is extremely low. It had the problem of being large. Further, the heater 2 and the heat receiving wall 5 are provided above the vaporization chamber 3, and when the inner circumferential surface of the vaporization chamber 3 is maintained at the set temperature, the bottom surface of the vaporization chamber 3 is lower than the inner circumferential surface of the vaporization chamber 3. Since the temperature is lower than that of the vaporizing chamber 3, there is a problem that tar is likely to be generated when the kerosene that has slipped down the inner peripheral surface of the vaporizing chamber 3 is vaporized on the bottom surface of the vaporizing chamber 3 whose temperature is lower than the set temperature. Furthermore, when maintaining the vaporizer 1 at a set temperature, since the heat receiving wall 5 is a vertical surface, there is a problem in that heat radiation loss from the heat receiving wall 5 due to natural convection is large.

。Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve this problem, the oil combustion device of the present invention has an inclined surface formed at the upper side of the mixing chamber, and an oil feed nozzle inlet opening at the upper part opposite to the inclined surface. - It has a configuration including a vaporizer having a vaporizer inlet opening at the bottom and a built-in heater, and heat receiving fins provided perpendicularly to the outer wall of the inclined surface.

Ru. Then, after the vaporized air collides with the lower part of the sloped bottom, most of the vaporized air rises along the sloped bottom. - On the other hand, the kerosene collides with the upper part of the slanted bottom, is pushed up by the vaporized air, and spreads along the slanted bottom, vaporizing and becoming vaporized gas. Therefore, by increasing the opening area of the inlet of the vaporizer to allow the vaporized air to rise along the sloped bottom and push up the kerosene, even if the speed of the vaporized air is slowed down, vaporization can be performed easily and pressure loss can be reduced. Next, the vaporized gas and the vaporized air flow while mixing in the mixing chamber to form a premixed gas, and this premixed gas is diffused and made uniform in the uniformity chamber, and is supplied to the burner head for combustion. Since the combustion gas passes between the heat-receiving fins and rises along the outer wall of the vaporization chamber, the vaporization chamber can receive sufficient combustion heat, so no tar is generated even when vaporization is performed on the inclined bottom surface. Furthermore, when maintaining the vaporizer at the set temperature, since the heat receiving fins are located below the vaporization chamber, natural convection is suppressed and the amount of heat radiation is reduced.

When the heater 13 is energized, the temperature of the vaporizer 9 rapidly rises to the set temperature, and then the amount of heat generated by the heater 13 is reduced to maintain the set temperature, and the air supplied from the combustion fan 22 is sent to the vaporizer 9. Vaporized air supplied to the vaporizer 9 from the population 1B and the oil feed nozzle inlet 20,
It is also divided into two systems for secondary air to be supplied to the burner head 17. After the vaporized air collides with the lower part of the inclined surface 14, most of the vaporized air rises along the inclined surface 14. On the other hand, kerosene is ejected from the oil feed nozzle 21 into the vaporization chamber 11 and collides with the upper part of the inclined surface 14. Then, the kerosene is pushed up by the vaporized air rising along the slope 14, spreads over the surface of the slope 14, and evaporates into vaporized gas.
Next, the vaporized gas and the vaporized air flow while mixing in the mixing chamber 10 to form a premixture, and this premixture is diffused and made uniform in the uniformity chamber 16, and is supplied to the burner head 17 and ignited by the ignition electrode 25. The secondary air continues to promote combustion. The combustion gas passes between the heat receiving fins 12 and enters the vaporization chamber 11.
The inclined surface 14 of the vaporization chamber 11 rises along the outer wall of the vaporization chamber 11.
can receive sufficient heat of combustion.

By providing a vaporizer with a built-in vaporizer and a heat-receiving fin installed perpendicularly to the outer wall of the inclined surface, the vaporized air flows along the inclined surface 14, compared to a conventional oil combustion device in which vaporized air and kerosene flow in the same direction. Even if the opening area of the vaporizer 18 is increased to slow down the speed of vaporizing air, vaporization can be easily performed by increasing the kerosene by increasing the amount of kerosene.
