で、ボートを母船から海上へ下した後に、吊り下
げ索14aをボートに取り付けたままの状態で走
行した場合に、吊り下げ索14aの一部が船体の
外部に存在することになつて何かのはずみで吊り
下げ索14aが船外へとび出してスクリユウに巻
き付いたりして危険なために、吊り下げ索14a
は吊り環5a,7aから完全に取り外してデツキ
4aの上に整頓しておかなければならない。それ
にも拘らず無精から、或は緊急出動に際して先を
急ぐあまりこれを怠るこが往々にして起りがちで
あり、また、ボートの吊り上げ及び吊り下げ作業
において、吊り下げ索14aを吊り環5a,7a
に連結する時に作業員は頭をボートの外方へ突き
出しながら作業をしなければならないために何か
と危険が判ないがちである等の欠点があつた。
