Claims (1)
- 走査側電極を設ける上基板と、該走査側電極と
接続する走査側接続電極および信号側ドライバー
ＩＣと接続する信号側電極を設ける下基板と、前
記走査側電極と走査側接続電極とを電気的に接続
しかつ前記上基板と下基板との間に封入する液晶
を封止すシール材とを備え、前記信号側電極上に
絶縁膜を有することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
