Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の透明電極上に積層したメタルを持つ第１
    の基板と、複数の透明電極上に積層したメタルを
    持ちさらにＩＣチツプと該ＩＣチツプに接続する
    複数の引出し配線上に積層したメタルを持つ第２
    の基板と、異方性導電シール部にて該第１の基板
    と第２の基板との間に液晶を封入しかつ前記第１
    の基板の透明電極と第２の基板の引出し配線とを
    接続する異方性導電シール材とを備え、該異方性
    導電シール材は弾性を有する導電粒と該導電粒の
    粒径よりわずかに小さい非導電粒とをシール材に
    混入したものからなり、前記第１の基板と第２の
    基板との前記異方性導電シール部は前記第１の基
    板は前記透明電極で構成し、前記第２の基板は前
    記引出し配線で構成することを特徴とする液晶表
    示パネル。
