【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は背中支持装置に関し、特に一体的に形成される
キャリングケースを組み合わせ、着座状態にある人の背
中下部を支持する背中支持器に関する。 〔従来の技術〕

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １．使用者の背中の幅に実質的に及ぶ長さを持ち２つの
    端部を持つ柔軟な矩形背中支持部材；及び 該背中支持部材の上記端部に取り付けられ、それより延
    びる細長いストラップであってループを形成し、使用者
    が着座状態にある時、使用者のひざに係合する長さを有
    するストラップ； を備え、以って上記ストラップにかかる使用者のひざの
    力が、上記背中支持部材を支持する使用者の背中に対し
    背中支持部材を引張る、着座状態にある使用者の背中下
    部を支持する背中支持装置において、 上記矩形の背中支持部材の外周に一体的に形成される閉
    じ手段であって背中支持部材を折りたたみ、上記細長い
    ストラップをその中に収納するケースを成して固定され
    る閉じ手段を有することを特徴とする背中支持装置。
  2. ２．上記閉じ手段はジッパであることを特徴とする請求
    項１に記載の装置。
  3. ３．装置が折りたたまれ、閉じた際のために、上記背中
    支持部材に連結されたストラップを携えることを特徴と
    する請求項１に記載の装置。
  4. ４．使用者のひざを覆うためにストラップに滑動可能に
    配置される一対のひざパッドをさらに有することを特徴
    とする請求項１に記載の装置。
  5. ５．使用者の背中の幅に実質的に及ぶ長さと、使用者の
    腰部の高さに実質的に及ぶ幅を有する、実質上、矩形な
    る支持部材；及び 該支持部材の端部に取り付けられ、それより延びる細長
    いストラップであってループを形成し、使用者が着座状
    態にある時、使用者のひざに係合する長さを有するスト
    ラップ； を備え、以って上記ストラップにかかる使用者のひざの
    力が、背中を支持する支持部材を使用者の背中に対し引
    張る、着座状態にある使用者の背中下部を支持する背中
    支持装置において、 上記ループの対向する内側部分に沿ってストラップ上に
    滑動可能に配置されるバックル手段が設けられて、ルー
    プを一括して保持し、以って着座状態にある時、使用者
    に一層の快感を与えながら足同志が離反するような側方
    の動きは、制約されることを特徴とする背中支持装置。
  6. ６．上記矩形の支持部材は、その外周に沿って一体的に
    形成される閉じ手段を備え、以って使用しない時、上記
    支持部材は折りたたまれ、背中支持装置の部品を運ぶた
    めのキャリングケースを成す上記閉じ手段により固定さ
    れることを特徴とする請求項５に記載の装置。
  7. ７．上記閉じ手段はジッパであることを特徴とする請求
    項６に記載の装置。
  8. ８．使用者の背中下部の幅に実質的に及ぶ長さと、使用
    者の腰部の高さに実質的に及ぶ幅を有する、実質上、矩
    形なる支持部材；及び 該支持部材の端部に取り付けられ、それより延びる細長
    いストラップであってループを形成し、使用者が着座状
    態にある時、使用者のひざに係合する長さを有するスト
    ラップ； を備え、以って上記ストラップにかかる使用者のひざの
    力が、背中を支持する支持部材を使用者の背中に対し引
    張る、着座状態にある使用者の背中下部を支持する背中
    支持装置において、 上記支持部材に連結されて背中支持装置を使用者の背中
    に取り付けかつ上記細長いストラップがひざから外れた
    時でも背中の定位置にこれを保持する保持ストラップが
    設けられることを特徴とする背中支持装置。
