It has been kept in a frame that protects it from sunlight and has been presented exclusively for viewing indoors with limited lighting.

Some paintings have been made into products, but due to limitations in process technology, most of them are monochromatic or two or two colors.
It was a simple item with only three colors, and was at a stage where it could not be called a craft. Furthermore, since the original authors were not involved in the printmaking process in any of these, they were still nothing more than reproductions.

It is customary to take out prints and appreciate them only occasionally, and this has become a factor that has hindered the spread of prints.

The market is flooded with a large number of reproduction prints for interior decoration, which are difficult to enter into the realm of original prints, and various problems have arisen in connection with these, and the current situation is that buyers are not fully satisfied. .

することを目的としている。[Means for solving the problem] Mitsumei uses an efficient industrial method to reproduce the skeleton that makes up the screen of the original painting drawn by the artist on a metal plate, and then the artist paints it with his own brush. By producing prints using this method, it is possible to produce multiple original prints that are slightly different for each item, reducing the burden on the artist, thereby providing creativity and quality that satisfies the purchaser, and at a relatively low cost. It is intended to provide.

Compared to coloring using anodizing techniques, the degree of freedom in coloring is greatly increased, making it possible to create multiple colors and freely mix colors. In addition, during this production process, the production of intermediate products before the artist colors them is carried out uniformly by workers at the factory using a manufacturing method that conforms to predetermined work standards, so that the products are supplied as completely uniform industrial products. There is no room for any personality other than the artist to enter. Therefore, everything expressed on the screen of the final work is the result of f91 work based on the artist's production intention, and if multiple pieces are produced, the expression will be slightly different for each piece, so it will not be considered a print. The originality of the pieces is extremely high, and in accordance with the requirements for ordinary printmaking, the signature and edition number can be written on each piece by hand by the artist, so there is no consideration given to preventing duplication.

。[Function] This invention combines aluminum anodizing technology and brush painting by the artist to reduce the burden on the artist while giving each piece an originality that is not found in other metal ornaments. It can also be used for production. Furthermore, since the skeleton of the sketch drawn by the artist is reproduced on the screen in advance, the artist can use this as a standard for coloring, and it is also possible to finish it as a completely different print based on the free ideas of the moment. For example, in the case of landscape prints, the season can be freely changed at the brush coloring stage, allowing the artist to change the coloring to a summer landscape, autumn leaves, or winter snowscape, while still being original. It can be completed as a completely different work.

There is no such thing.

Therefore, it is suitable not only for personal collection but also for public use and interior decoration in public places such as halls, public halls, station waiting rooms, hotels, and ship cabin walls. If the signature and edition number are written with dye or signature bene before the sealing process, they will be dyed into the anodized coating like the colored parts during the sealing process and will not fall off semi-permanently. It is much more durable than the pencil version.

0. 1070. A pure aluminum plate such as 1080 is cut to the required size. Depending on the degree of gloss desired in the original drawing of the skeleton, the surface condition is adjusted by pre-treatment, such as whether it is glossy or matte. The plate thickness is 0.
3~o. The thickness is good, and the larger the picture, the thicker it should be. An anodic oxide film with a thickness of at least 510 μm or more is applied to this, and the entire surface is dyed or electrolytically colored in the color that constitutes the frame of the screen, such as black or brown, and the pores are sealed to increase the durability of the film. In addition to increasing the coloring, it also prevents blurring during coloring. Thereafter, a photosensitive acid- or alkali-resistant emulsion (photoresist) is thinly and uniformly applied to the entire anodized film and dried to form the photosensitive film.

い。(2) Second step: Using a plate-making camera, the parts of the original picture or sketch drawn by the two artists, such as the lines and outlines that form the framework, are captured as negative images on film using methods such as color separation. . In this case, if it is necessary to add shading to the drawing lines that serve as the skeleton, a lithographic film using halftone dots may be used. In addition, in the case of a picture that is a combination of colored parts that have no skeleton or outline at all during plate making, select one color that occupies a large proportion of the screen and can represent the screen, and use a filter etc. to only use this color. All you have to do is disassemble and extract it and make a plate to form the skeleton of the screen.

After removing a portion of the photoresist film, it is immersed in an acid or alkaline etching solution that dissolves the anodic oxide film. At this time, the image of the part exposed with the negative film, that is, the above-mentioned skeleton part of the original picture, is because the photoresist film is exposed to photochemical reaction. The surface is protected by remaining hardened by the reaction, so it is not dissolved and the colored anodic oxide coating layer on the surface that is not exposed to light is dissolved to reveal the aluminum metal surface that is the base material of the R layer. . When the remaining photoresist film was peeled off, the skeleton of the painting was colored and exposed, while the rest of the painting was etched away, exposing the dull metal surface. The color tone of this background surface can be influenced by the selection of etching solution, etching conditions, etc., and can range from a semi-gloss tone with a slight metallic feel to a white background state with no gloss at all.

This is done by not coating the aluminum art material with a photoresist film after the puncture treatment in which the anodic oxide film is colored in the first step. This is a method in which the skeleton part is made on a screen plate for screen printing, and then screen printed on the colored film of the art material using acid- and alkali-resistant resist ink to form a protective film, and the other parts are etched. Similarly, the skeleton of the original painting can be reproduced on the screen, and this method is efficient when a large number of paintings are to be produced.

The dye applied with a brush penetrates into the countless pores created in the anodic oxide film. In this state, it is necessary to apply multiple coats of dye to form a pore coating, or to adjust the density of the dye that has penetrated.
It is also possible to reduce the color by 11 or to remove the color using a solvent or a decolorizing acid solution. Once the drawing is completed, the artist will have the artist write the signature and edition number in the designated area according to the customary practice of printmaking.

In cases where further ultraviolet resistance is required, such as when used outdoors, the inner surface may be further coated with a transparent protective coating to prevent ultraviolet rays. The print produced using the process shown in Figure 1 has been etched once except for the skeleton of the screen, so the skeleton becomes a relief, giving the screen a three-dimensional effect.

As in the case of the figure, if the background color is required on the entire surface, the entire surface is immersed and colored with water-based dye. In other cases, it is not dyed and remains colorless and transparent, and the surface is covered with a photoresist film with the anodic oxide film left unsealed.

This is the same as the case shown in the figure. However, the skeletal image in this case is processed to become a positive image.

It is. It goes without saying that it is easier to express the artist's touch more directly in this way, but as a work, it is somewhat difficult to express the shading of the lines, and it is necessary to express it with the thickness of the lines, blurring of the brush, etc. .

During development, the photosensitive film that forms the framework of the painting is removed, exposing the first colorless and transparent anodic oxide film. When the art materials are washed and dried and an oil-based dye is applied, the skeleton of the picture is dyed. The third step is completed by removing the remaining photosensitive film with chemicals and washing with water. The difference between this stage of the work and the case in Figure 1 is that the skeleton remains unsealed and there is no etching process, so the screen remains completely flat.

If you screen-print an image that will become the skeleton part and then screen print it directly onto the unsealed anodic oxide film using ink impregnated with aluminum dye, the dye in the ink will penetrate into the film and create an image of the skeleton part. is transferred onto an aluminum plate. This method is also suitable when a large number of sheets are to be produced.
