するバイモルフ形圧電アクチユエータにおいて、 前記バイモルフ形圧電アクチユエータの表面に
設けられた前記二個の電極の一方の電極が所要の
厚膜抵抗で構成された事を特徴とするバイモルフ
形圧電アクチユエータ。
