Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the title mixed yarn having silk-like touch and feeling stably with high productivity by melt-extruding polyester polymer through a specific spinneret, winding up the cooled and solidified filaments and preheating and drawing the filaments. CONSTITUTION:A polyester polymer is melt-extruded through a spinneret which has 4 orifice groups in which the orifices have a cross section of more than 1.6 modification degree and have a combination of slits differing in the shape and dimension, solidified with cooling air within 50mm just under the nozzle plate and taken up at a speed of 5,000 to 6,000m/min. The filaments are preheated at 85 to 120 deg.C and drawn at a rate of 1.1 to 1.2 to give the subject mixed yarn in which the filament denier of the most thick filament group is 3 to 5 denier, while the thinnest group is 0.3 to 1.5 denier, the dry-shrinkage stress of the total yarn is more than 0.25g/d and the temperature at which the maximum shrinkage stress develops is 65 to 80 deg.C.

(Prior art) As a means of adding a silk-like bulge,
As seen in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 18933, there is a method that provides a difference in shrinkage rate by utilizing a difference in heat coverage during spinning and drawing, and in JP-A-18933.
There are methods such as those disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 24529 that utilize differences in shrinkage rates based on differences in polymer composition, differences in dryness, and differences in discharge hole diameters, and after making these into fabrics, alkali weight loss correction is performed. There is a technique to obtain a silk-like texture by combining with.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the conventional technology uses a mixed fiber yarn of two to three different shrinkage components, and the fabric structure has a difference in yarn length between each fiber of silk. There is a big difference, and there are subtle differences in texture. Further, these methods have the disadvantage that the spinning and/or drawing equipment is complicated and the production cost is higher than that of ordinary yarns due to low productivity.

However, this method utilizes the difference in oriented crystallization, and because there is a large difference in the drawing stress between low-shrinkage yarn and high-shrinkage yarn, the resulting drawn yarn will have loops and walnuts, resulting in loose ends.
I have some serious problems in my life. If the draw ratio is lowered to control these factors, loops and walnuts may be reduced, but the shrinkage stress of the raw yarn will be lowered, and the yarn length Missing J,' where no swelling effect can be obtained. I'm hitting j.

The present invention provides a mixed fiber yarn that does not cause loops or slack, and particularly has a heat shrinkage stress of 0.25 g/d or more, preferably 0.25 g/d or more.
28 g/d or more, especially 0.3 g/d or more, which is larger than conventional mixed fiber yarns, and the temperature at which the maximum shrinkage stress occurs is 100 g/d or more.
Since it is formed to have a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees Celsius, which is lower than 60 degrees Celsius, when it is made into a fabric, the yarn length difference due to the binding force between the fibers is not inhibited, and a sufficient swelling effect is achieved. The object of the present invention is to provide a type of multi-component differentially shrinkable mixed fiber yarn and a method for producing the mixed fiber yarn stably and with high productivity.

The first cost of the present invention is that the maximum fineness of the average fineness among the groups is 3 to 5 deniers, and the minimum fineness is 0. It is necessary to have a denier of 3 to 1.5. The 11th Q+ is the dry M l 8 0 'C of the fiber of the present invention, which depends on the spinning degree of the shrinkage tank.
If Vlb is From the fields of application of the yarn of the present invention,
1i average + t- The appropriate yarn denier is 1.5 to 2 denier. The yarn of the present invention has such an average rJi yarn of 1.5 to 2
In order to eliminate loops and walnuts during spinning with a focus on denier, the maximum tfj and yarn fineness denier is 5 denier, and the minimum drawn yarn medium fineness is 0.3 denier, which reduces shrinkage caused by the fine structure. Maximum for manifestation? 41,
The limit is a combination of yarn fineness of 3 denier and minimum single yarn fineness of 1.5 denier. If the maximum yarn fineness exceeds 5 denier, the fabric obtained will only have a rough, rough texture, and if the minimum yarn fineness becomes thinner than 0.3 denier, problems with resonance during spinning or problems with spun yarn will occur. Due to frequent breaks, the operability of spinning becomes difficult.

The second failure is that the cross-sectional shape of the yarn of the present invention is an irregular cross-section, and the degree of irregularity defined by the diameter ratio of the circumscribed circle and the inscribed circle is 1.6 or more l-
There is a need and support to be. The cross-sectional shape is not particularly limited as long as it is other than a round cross-section, but conventional triangular cross-sections, h-angle cross-sections,

Further, although the cross-sectional shapes of the filaments are the same even if the cross-sections are the same, it is more preferable that the shapes and rigidity of each group are different. The degree of abnormality is 1. If it is less than 8, the gloss effect will be reduced and it will have a glaring luster, and it will be very slimy and far from silky and dry to the touch.

Further, although the details will be described later, yarns with irregular cross sections are also advantageous in that yarn physical properties as described in I can be obtained at a lower spinning speed than yarns with round cross sections.

The third requirement is that the number of groups with different shrinkage rates is 4 or more and 1. At a certain point. When the thread is manipulated from the cocoon, there is a difference in the pulling tension between each cocoon, so the silk has a delicate thread length between each fiber, creating a bulging effect. For this reason, ideally t11. It is great that shrinkage can be attached to each synthetic fiber, but from the viewpoint of effectiveness and cost, groups of 4 or more are useless. For groups 3 and above, there is little difference from the conventional 2 groups different shrinkage mixed fiber yarn, and 4
By using Group I-12, it is possible to obtain the same fiber structure and texture as when using I+i fabric for the first time. The fiber structure in the 41 cloth can be determined from the concentration of the fibers by observing the cross section of the finished cloth. Here, in the case of a shrinkage mixed fiber yarn having three or more shrinkage groups, although there are inter-fiber voids between the groups, there are few inter-fiber gaps within the group, and the degree of self-pile of each fiber is low.
No improvement in drape pH was observed. When there are 4 or more groups, the number of fibers within the group decreases, and the self-FI1 degree between groups within the group increases, resulting in softness and drape that are closer to silk! :

The fourth requirement is that the peak stress of dry heat shrinkage stress is 0.25 g/d or more than 1'. , preferably 0
.. Its peak occurs at 28 g/d or more, especially 0.3 g/d or more. The point is that 71 degrees is 65-80 degrees Celsius. In order to develop sufficient yarn length resistance while the interfiber binding forces work after fabric formation, the difference in shrinkage rate is necessary, and if there is not sufficient shrinkage stress, the shrinkage ability will decrease due to the interfiber binding force. Therefore, a sufficient swelling effect as shown in I-1 cannot be obtained. Although the binding force differs depending on the weave structure and density, it is said to be 50 g/d for crotch-like woven fabrics, and 0.25 (B g/d or less L1 preferably 0 .2gg/d or more L1 especially 0.

In the case of 0.25 g/d or more, even if the shrinkage rate is high, a sufficient difference in yarn length cannot be obtained, and in particular, in the case of high-density fabric, almost no effect of creating a difference in yarn length is observed.

Also, the peak of shrinkage stress occurs! P. /f! When temperature is important and the temperature is less than 65℃, when used as a warp,
During drying after gluing, the stress decreases significantly, making high-speed drying at high temperatures impossible, and gluing-free weaving by interlacing or weak twisting is required, which is disadvantageous due to high costs and limited applications.

In the present invention, homopolyesters and copolyesters are used.
Although a sufficient effect can be obtained by using it alone, it is more preferable to mix polymers with different compositions. For example, when a yarn is made of a blend of polyester containing 100% polyethylene terephthalate and polyester containing 10 mol% isophthalic acid, the shrinkage rate difference due to the polymer composition is added to the shrinkage rate difference due to the difference in the jl. The different contractions 81 are grouped into multiple groups, resulting in a more striking special texture.

Further, the discharge hole can be approximately determined by the square of the cross-sectional area of the slit combination type, and is not particularly limited as long as it is within the range of the filament denier. The combination of thick and thin filaments is not particularly limited, but the sum of the deniers of the maximum fineness filament groups is 30 of the total denier.

Figure 4 shows that the shrinkage rate depends on the spinning speed when the cross-sectional shape is round.
r I beat the PL. The first reason is that when compared with the spinning take-up speed using irregularly shaped holes, irregularly shaped yarns are able to achieve lower shrinkage at lower speeds than round cross section yarns, and from the perspective of equipment capacity. Irregularly shaped threads are more advantageous.

The requirement for 2 is 5000m/+sin ~6000m/w
The spinning speed is in. As is clear from Figure 1, when the spinning speed is less than 5000 m/min, the difference in shrinkage (microstructure difference) becomes large depending on the fineness of the filament, and if the obtained yarn is continuously drawn, the difference in residual stress and shrinkage capacity will increase. The resulting yarn length difference appears, and the resulting drawn yarn has large loops and walnuts, which is undesirable. On the other hand 5000m/min ~ 600m
When the spinning speed is 0 m/min, the shrinkage difference due to the difference in filament fineness can be extremely reduced, and a yarn with almost no drawn yarn loops or walnuts can be obtained.

When the spinning speed is 6000 m/min or higher, the difference in shrinkage rate is drastically reduced and there is no difference in shrinkage. The relationship between spinning speed and shrinkage stress is shown in the second equation. The spinning speed affects both the shrinkage stress and the temperature at which the peak stress occurs, and the higher the spinning speed, the higher the shrinkage stress and the higher the temperature at which the peak shrinkage stress occurs. It is essential to increase the spinning speed in order to obtain sufficient shrinkage stress and high peak latitude, and satisfactory shrinkage stress and peak temperature can be obtained at 5000 m/min or more.

As described in 01I, the shrinkage behavior is influenced by the cross-sectional shape of the filament as well as the relationship between the spinning speed and the contraction center force.
The eleventh objective of the present invention, a mixed fiber yarn, can be achieved only by combining the spinning speed of 0.00 In/min.

The stretching ratio is l. If it is less than t times, the shrinkage stress is 0.25g
If /d exceeds 1.2 times which satisfies 1-, jli yarn breakage will occur frequently and operability will be poor. If the stretching temperature is lower than 85°C, shrinkage ↓ will occur, and the force will not be able to reach the low level.
If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the shrinkage rate difference will be small and the desired yarn will not be obtained. In addition, it is preferable that the time period of 8 hours is 3/100 seconds or more, and it is possible to use a so-called direct draw method in which the yarn is stretched after spinning, or a method in which the yarn is stretched in a separate step after being taken up. It is. A detailed explanation will be given in the following examples.

Table 1 Nozzle hole shape [Method for measuring heat shrinkage rate] The obtained drawn yarn was cut into 50c- lengths, and a load of 1/30 (g/d) was applied to the yarn in the state of multifilament yarn.
After removing the weight, separate each filament into individual filaments on a velvet board. Process the filaments as single filaments in a constant temperature bath at 160°C for 30 minutes without load. After cooling, it becomes one filament. The yarn length was measured under a load of 1/30 (g/d) on one filament, and the shrinkage rate SHD was measured using the following formula.

Margins below (Effects of the Invention) The differentially shrinkable mixed fiber yarn of the present invention is constructed as described above, and is a mixed fiber yarn that does not produce loops or sag, and has a heat shrinkage stress of 0.25 g/d or more. The maximum contraction force is greater than that of conventional yarns with different contraction conditions. Since it is formed so that the temperature is 60 to 80 degrees Celsius, when it is made into a cloth, it has the unique effect of producing a sufficient swelling effect without inhibiting the development of filaments due to the binding force between the fibers. It is possible to provide a method for stably producing this differentially shrinkable mixed fiber yarn with high productivity.
