[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. . [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882.
No., Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of damage at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this type of board had the disadvantage that its side surfaces were complicated and difficult to mold. Furthermore, since all of these types of boards do not have a backing material, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks heat insulation and soundproofing properties. In addition, the decorative surface cannot be prevented from deforming, and the board itself The problem was that it was easily deformed and lacked connection strength. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention
The female type connecting structure is a drop-in type that can be constructed by one person, and large joints are formed between the boards to improve the waterproofness of the connecting part.
A gap is formed between the insertion edge and the engagement groove to prevent capillary phenomenon, and a waterproof rib is formed to promote this phenomenon. Moreover, the insertion edge is doubled and the tip is reinforced with a pipe shape to strengthen the engagement force. In addition, in the joints of the male and female joints, the core material is reliably present between the main body (substrate) and the surface material, and the protrusion at the tip of the fixing piece and the packing effect of the core material make it waterproof and airtight. The aim is to propose a board with enhanced durability and a waterproof structure. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, the first
The figure is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, which is a sunken type sandwich structure in which the space between the front material 1 and the back material 20 is integrally filled with a core material 21. To explain further, the surface material 1 is a metal plate, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel plate, SUPER ZINC), an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy. It is made of one type of plate, copper plate, etc., or synthetic resin plate, and is formed into the shape shown in Figure 2 by any method such as forming rolls, pressing, extrusion, drawing, injection molding, etc. . The surface material 1 may be either a flat plate or an embossed material. To explain its specific shape,
The facing material 1 is formed from a horizontally long decorative surface 2, a male connecting portion 3 , and a female connecting portion 13 . The side piece 4 bent at an obtuse angle, for example θ 1 =90 to 160 degrees, and its tip protrude outward parallel to the decorative surface 2 or at a slight angle to the decorative surface 2 (not shown), The top surface 6 has a waterproof groove 5 parallel to the side piece 4 at its tip, and its tip is bent inward to form a pipe-shaped hollow part 7 at the tip, and then at least a waterproof groove is formed inward. An insertion edge 9 with a reinforced, waterproof, and resilient structure consisting of a lower edge 8 extending close to 5 and a fixing piece 10 that protrudes outward by bending the tip of the lower edge 8 of the insertion edge 9 outward. It is formed from a fitting groove 11 consisting of a fitting groove 11, a fixing piece 10 for fixing the board A, and a protrusion 12 whose tip protrudes upward. The depth of the waterproof groove 5 is approximately 0.5 to 5 mm.
The width is 2 to 10 mm, and the cross-sectional shape is one type such as inverted trapezoid, U, V shape, dish shape, mountain shape, 2 to 3 mountain shape, triangular shape, L shape, etc., and board A is mainly used. When connected, as shown in FIG. 3, this prevents capillary action from occurring at the joint part A, and also serves to strengthen strength and elasticity by using the insertion edge 9 as a reinforcing structure. Also,
The protrusions 12 are used to prevent danger during construction, prevent waving, waterproof, and strengthen the airtightness, heat insulation, and engagement force at the joint part A through a synergistic effect with the core material described later, as shown in Figure 4a. It is formed as shown in ~i. In addition, the female connecting portion 13 is connected to the decorative surface 2.
The bottom piece 14 has its other side edge bent inward at an angle θ 2 and its tip (lower end in the figure) is bent outward to form a decorative surface 2.
An inverted U-shape consisting of a waterproof rib 15 that protrudes in parallel with and is folded back inward again, an upper edge 16 that extends the back side of the waterproof rib 15 inward, and a lower edge piece 17 that bends its tip outward. It is formed from an engaging groove 18 and a tongue piece 19 whose tip is bent. Note that the bottom piece 14 is at the same angle as the side piece 4 or close to it, and the tongue piece 19 is at the same angle as the side piece 4, and the tongue piece 19 is at the same angle as the side piece 4.
This serves to prevent the wavy deformation and danger, as well as to provide reinforcement. In particular, when the back material 20 is held between the boards, the strength of the board itself and the tip of the lower edge piece 17 become pipe-shaped, so that the strength becomes higher. The back material 20 covers the back surface of the core material 21 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and also serves as a noncombustible sheet, waterproof membrane, heat shield sheet, water absorbing sheet, soundproof sheet, packing material, etc. Materials include asbestos paper,
Laminated with one or more of kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc. It is made of a waterproof or flame-retardant sheet. The mounting structure is such that the entire exposed surface of the core material 21 in the longitudinal direction is covered, one end is held between the tongue pieces 19, and the other end is held between the fixing pieces 10.
structure, the protrusion 12 and the tongue piece 19
Either a structure in which both ends are held between the two ends or a structure in which one end is inserted into the back surface of the engagement groove 18 is selected depending on the purpose. The core material 21 is filled between the back surface material 1 and the back surface material 20, so-called an upper layer 21a which is divided for convenience and filled in the concave portion of the surface material 1, and a core material 21 bulged from the back surface of the fixed piece 10 to enhance heat insulation, fireproofing, and earthquake resistance. The end of the female connecting part 13 of the bulging part 21b is fitted with the male connecting part 3 , and when the boards A are connected, the decorative surface is formed. 2 are on the same plane.
was formed. The material for the core material 21 is polyurethane foam resin, polyisocyanurate foam resin, phenol resin, or these foams combined with flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide). ), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. In particular, when fire protection is required, for example, fire protection structure test (JIS-A-
1301) is phenol form or
Flame retardant foams are preferred. Here, to explain the dimensional relationship of board A, the width of the decorative surface 2 is W 1 , the width of the insertion edge 9 is W 2 , and the width from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the upper surface 6 end of the waterproof groove 5 is W 3 , the width of the waterproof groove 5 is W 4 , the width from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the deepest part of the fitting groove 11 is W 5 , the width from the tip of the fixing piece 10 to the fitting groove 1
Width to the deepest part of 1 is W 6 , from bottom piece 14 to engagement groove 1
Width up to 8 is W 7 , width of bottom edge piece 17 is W 8 , bottom piece 1
4 to the tip of the waterproof rib 15 is W 9 , the width of the recess 21c is W 10 as shown in the figure, the total thickness of the core material 21 is H 1 , the height of the side piece 4 is H 2 , and the insertion The thickness of the edge 9 is H3 , the opening height of the fitting groove 11 is H4 , the height of the protrusion 12 is H5 , the height of the bottom piece 14 is H6 , and the opening height of the engaging groove 18 is H7. , the height of the tongue piece 19 is H 8 , the bulge part 2
Assuming that the thickness of 1b is H 9 and the depth of recess 21c is H 10 , W 1 = 150 to 450 mm, W 2 > W 3 , W 3 > W 4 , W 5
≒about 10 to 40 mm, W 5 = W 2 , W 5 > W 2 , W 5 < W 2 , W 6 = W 5 +10 to 40 mm, W 7 > W 3 , W 8
W 5 , W 9 ≒ 3 to 10 mm, H 1 = 10 to 50 mm, H 2 = H 6 ,
H 3 = 1 to 5 mm, H 3 ≦H 7 , H 5 = 1 to 5 mm, H 8
H 4 , W 6 ≒ W 10 , H 10 > H 9 , H 10 ≒ H 9 , H 9 + H 5 =
Either H 10 . [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for the boards A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate is used as the surface material 1, aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 20, and polyisocyanate is used as the core material 21 between the surface material 1 and the back material 20. The raw material for Nurate foam is discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the fixing piece 10 of the nth board A 1 was fixed to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. do.
Next, the female connecting part 13 of the n+1st stage board A2
The engaging groove 18 is inserted into the insertion edge 9 of the male connecting portion 3 of the board A1 to form a horizontal joint as shown in FIG. Also, to form the entire wall,
It is sufficient to carry out the process described above from the base to the girder. The wall formed in this way has excellent waterproof properties at the side joints.
In addition, the base part has a starter (not shown), an outlet,
It is necessary to use caulking material and accessories in areas such as inside corners (not shown). [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and FIGS. 5 a to i, 6 a to q, 7 a to k, and 8 a It can also be formed as shown in ~h. That is, FIGS. 5 a to i and 6 a to q show other embodiments of the male connecting portion 3 , and FIG. 5 a shows the lower edge 8 of the fitting groove 11 at an angle θ Figure B shows a male connector part 3 formed so that the bottom surface 5a of the waterproof groove 5 is parallel to the lower edge 8 in Figure A.

Board A is made of two layers, for example, polyurethane foam and phenol foam. Figure d shows a board with caulking material 22 for waterproofing or fire protection planted in at least one of the positions shown in the figure, and figure e shows a bulged board. Board A in which a fire retardant (one or more types of borax, perlite grains, etc.) is distributed only on the back side of the fixed piece 10 of the portion 21b, and Figure f shows a noncombustible board 23 such as gypsum board or rock wool board on the back side of the fixed piece 10. Boards A, G, and H with the board A shown in FIG. Note that the voids 24 are formed in the board A designed to reduce the amount of core material 21 used and to prevent the decorative surface from becoming mountainous.
In addition, FIGS. 4 to 8 are for forming a board by arbitrarily combining them according to the purpose, and FIGS.
In FIG. 7, the thickness of the surface material 1 is omitted. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, one person can perform the work with the same joint width.
In the joint part, a gap is formed to prevent capillary phenomenon at the connection part between the insertion edge and the engagement groove, and waterproof ribs are provided in the joint part, so it has excellent waterproof properties. The insertion edge has a double structure and a reinforced shape, so it will not deform even when pressed during installation, and the spring effect effectively acts between the engagement groove, lower edge piece, and engagement groove, allowing the board to separate. There's nothing to do. The slanted side pieces double the three-dimensional effect. The forces of the fixing part, the core material, the insertion edge, the engagement groove, and the lower edge piece and the engagement groove interact, making waterproofing, heat insulation, and engagement force stronger than ever before. At the joints, the core material was ensured to exist between the surface material and the frame such as the rim, eliminating thermal bridges, resulting in excellent heat insulation, fireproofing, and earthquake resistance. It has the following characteristics.
