[Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. Fireproof,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Among this type of boards, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but they have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides at least one decorative groove whose vertical cross section is a trapezoidal scalene shape from the side, bottom, and inclined surfaces along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface.
By forming the board more than 100cm wide, it creates a horizontal line with a rich three-dimensional effect on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance. It also prevents the decorative surface from warping, twisting, and flattening. The material has a shape with a bulge that protrudes from the back side of the surface material, and by integrally covering the wall base with the core material, the surface material prevents it from forming a thermal bridge and improves heat insulation and fire resistance. Moreover, a reinforcing piece bent downward is provided at the edge of the extension part of the male connecting part to serve as a guide when filling the core material or to prevent material leakage, and furthermore, when the board is used as a horizontal covering, We are proposing a board that is a drop-in type that can be carried out by one worker without requiring any skill, and that also greatly improves the engagement force and waterproofness of the connecting parts, and can also be used as a vertical tensioner. be. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheet, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel plate, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum plate, and an aluminum plated steel sheet. A surface material made of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration-damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate formed by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. 1 , a core material 20 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 22 covering the back surface of the core material 20 in a sandwich-like structure. That is , as shown in FIG .
It is composed of 4. To explain further, the decorative surface portion 2 is formed from at least one decorative groove 3 formed along the longitudinal direction of the board A and decorative pieces 2a and 2b divided into a plurality of pieces by the decorative groove 3. This makeup groove 3 is the makeup piece 2a.
The cross section is formed into an approximately scalene trapezoid shape from a side surface 3a that intersects at θ 1 , a bottom surface 3b that is approximately parallel to the decorative surface portion 2 , and an inclined surface 3c that intersects the decorative piece 2b at θ 2 (θ 2 ≧90°). It is. Furthermore, at least one decorative groove 3 is provided in the decorative surface portion 2 , and the decorative groove 3 is provided in the decorative surface portion 2.
Even if the strength of board A is strengthened and board A is made wider,
It is useful for preventing warping, twisting, and flattening, and making the decorative surface part 2 a flat board A, and also improves the design of the wall together with joints formed by the male connecting part 4 and female connecting part 14 , which will be described later, on the decorative surface part 2 . It improves sexuality. The male connecting part 4 includes an inclined piece 5 which has one end of the decorative surface part 2 bent at an angle θ 3 that is approximately the same as the angle θ 2 described above, and a joint base part whose edge is bent approximately parallel to the decorative pieces 2 a and 2 b. 6, an insertion edge 7 provided at the tip of the joint base portion 6, and an engagement in which the tip of the insertion edge 7 is bent inward and then bent outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section. It is formed of a groove 10, an extension part 12 that projects outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10, and a reinforcing piece 13 that is bent downward at the tip of the extension part 12. To explain in more detail, since the inclined piece 5 is bent at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 between the inclined surface 3 c of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative piece 2 b, it improves the flow of rainwater and allows rainwater to flow into the joint. This prevents the accumulation of water, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and helps increase the working width. Further, the joint base portion 6 consists of a surface parallel to the decorative surface portion 2 or slightly inclined, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion. Furthermore, the insertion edge 7 has a board A on the top surface.
A groove 8 is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the holder, and a reinforcing rib 9 (pipe-shaped in the figure) provided at the tip is formed. This insertion edge 7 fits into a fitting groove 18 which will be described later, and the lower edge 17 of the fitting groove 18 is inserted into the engaging groove 10 to make the connection structure of the board A double, and the engagement force is increased.
This improves waterproofness and airtightness. Furthermore, since a void is formed in the connecting structure by the groove 8, capillary phenomenon is prevented, and the reinforcing rib 9
acts as a rain cover within the connected structure, greatly improving waterproofness. Further, the reinforcing piece 13 is the extension part 1
2, and serves as a guide when a molded body is used as the core material 20, which will be described later. Also, when a material that is discharged as a raw material, reacted, foamed, and hardened is used as the core material 20, the male mold Connecting part 4
This helps prevent liquid leakage from the edges. Furthermore, since the reinforcing piece 13 reinforces the strength of the end portion of the extension portion 12, it also has the effect of preventing deformation of the extension portion 12 during nailing. Although not shown, a rib-like tongue piece may be formed at the tip of the reinforcing piece 13. The female connecting part 14 has a side wall 15 bent inward from the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the side surface 3a of the decorative groove 3, and a side wall 15 bent inward from its lower edge to form an upper edge. 16, a lower edge 17 is formed by bending the tip of the upper edge 16 outward, and a fitting groove 18 is formed to have a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 19 is formed by bending the tip of the lower edge 17 into a seam shape. It is something. To explain further, the lower edge 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, as shown in FIG. This helps to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness.
Further, the tongue piece 19 can be formed into an upper ridge shape to sandwich the edge of the backing material 22, as shown in FIG. 1, or can be bent into a lower ridge shape. The core material 20 is filled on the back side of the surface material 1 and is mainly used for board A.
It is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness, noncombustible material, cushioning material, and soundproofing material. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 20, the surface material 1 , and the back material 22. To explain further,
As the core material 20, synthetic resin foams are mainly used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, borax, etc.).
It consists of one or more of the following: sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbide, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. To explain further, the core material 20 has an upper part 20a filled in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2 , the male connecting part 4 , and the female connecting part 14 , and a bulging part 20b on the back side of the upper part 20a. A notch 21 is provided in the vicinity of the female connecting portion 14 of the bulging portion 20b. As shown in FIG. 3, this bulging portion 20b prevents the surface material 1 from coming into contact with the wall base α when the boards A are connected, and prevents the surface material 1 from becoming a thermal bridge. This helps improve insulation and fire protection. Furthermore, since the bulging portion 20b is disposed at the bottom of the joint, which is a weak point in terms of fire protection, it is possible to further improve fire protection and pass the fire protection structure test and quasi-noncombustible test. When a cushioning material is used as the material 20, the vibration of the wall base α is prevented from being transmitted to the connecting portion, and the connecting portion is prevented from coming off. In addition, the cutout portion 21 is the extension portion 1 of the lower board when the boards A are connected.
2. Coincides with the bulging part 20b of the core material 20, and the wall base α
Since it is coated all over the wall, the sealing performance inside the wall is improved, preventing the circulation of outside air and air inside the wall, and improving the waterproofness of joints. In particular, as shown in Fig. 3, when the board A is laid horizontally, it comes into contact with the end of the bulge 20b of the lower board A, and the joints are formed to a uniform width regardless of the skill level. can do. Reference numeral 22 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 20 to make the board A a sandwich structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a waterproof sheet, a soundproof sheet, and packing. It is useful as a material such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), etc.
1. Synthetic resin sheets, rubber sheets, cloth sheets, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber non-woven fabrics, etc.
It is made of seeds, a laminate of two or more kinds, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the sizes of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the height of the side surface 3a of the decorative groove 3 is h 1 , the height of the inclined surface 3c is h 2 , the height of the inclined piece 5 is h 3 , and the side wall 15 height

The relationships are h 6 ≒ h 7 , h 5 ≦ h 6 , h 8 ≒ h 9 , θ 1 ≒ θ 4 , and θ 2 ≒ θ 3 . In other words, this relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 3 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating a unified line in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and the decorative surface part 2 This is because the parts other than the grooves 3 and the joints are flat, and the shapes of accessories used as accessories are simple and long ones can be used. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 22, and the core material 20 is composed of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.

Board A with two or more decorative grooves 3 formed, board A with caulking material 24 planted in at least one location indicated by hatching, and board A with more waterproof properties; This is a board A in which an end wall 25 is formed on both end edges or one end edge. Although not shown, a back material 22 may be attached to the back surface of the core material 20 if necessary.
It is also possible to form a board A that does not have any adhesive.
Of course, the board A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one decorative rib is formed on the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flatness, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. When using the board as a horizontal lining, the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, so it can be easily installed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is waterproof. Excellent. Since the groove is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, capillary phenomena are prevented, and the reinforcing ribs function as a rain cover inside the connecting part, so the waterproofness of the connecting part is greatly improved. Since the shape of the decorative groove and the shape of the joint are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improve its aesthetic appearance. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. Since the core material is also placed on the back side of the extension, the wall base is completely covered with the core material, improving fire prevention and heat insulation properties. Since a reinforcing piece is formed on the edge of the extension, it serves as a guide when the molded body is used as a core material.
If a material that is discharged in liquid form, reacts, foams, and hardens is used as the core material, the reinforcing piece can prevent liquid leakage from the male connector side. The strength of the extension is reinforced by the reinforcing piece, so there is no deformation due to nailing. When the boards are connected, the back surfaces are flat and continuous, improving airtightness and waterproofing at joints. Because the board can be made wider,
It is easy to construct and is economical because the width of the material can be used effectively. There are other effects.
