It reaches 30%. Since the production output of aggregate for concrete per unit factory is usually 10,000 tons per month, the amount of residual liquid is enormous, and the cost of processing it is also an extremely large burden. Therefore, the present invention aims to add value to this residual industrial waste by %.
The aim is to utilize these resources to the best of their ability.

りFor this reason, the present invention is constructed by dehydrating mountain gravel wash residue to -2, solidifying it by incorporating a soil stabilizing material, and pulverizing it into granules. Note that the pulverized particles may be adjusted to a certain hardness and particle size and used as a ground coat material or an oil and fat absorption material. In addition, a pigment may be mixed with a soil stabilizing material to color the pulverized granules to form pulverized granules that can be differentiated by color, or it may be used as a colored ground coat material. Furthermore, along with high-quality stabilizing material, I mixed fertilizer into crushed grains II! It may also be used as a landscaping top. (b) Here, the mountain gravel washing residue is in the form of a thick liquid (thin mud) when separated during the washing process, and this is dehydrated under pressure and formed into a solid with a moisture content of 20 to 30% (hereinafter referred to as a cake). do. (++) The cake-like residue and the high-quality stabilizer are forcibly mixed, dried, and solidified. The high-quality stabilizing material is a commercially available powder that contains lime and unbriquette charcoal and is strongly solidified when mixed with soil. Note that the high-quality stabilizing material is also referred to as a soil improving material or a roadbed improving solidifying material 1. 01) The size of the crushed particles can be adjusted according to the purpose. Its strength also depends on the type of soil stabilizer or mixture rl1.

施例について説明する[The strength may be set according to the following four points. That is, a material that is expected to disintegrate after a certain period of time may have a moderate strength, and a material that requires a stable shape over a long period of time may have a strong strength. When used as a ground coat material, it should be strong, but when used as an oil and fat adsorbent 17, it may be weakly strong. (2) When coloring the crushed grains, ceramic pigments are suitable as they have excellent weather resistance, but various pigments can be used depending on the purpose of use. . (n) In addition, when the crushed grains are used as a landscaping material,
-1 The strength and blending conditions of the organic fertilizer mixed in with the quality stabilizer can be selected as appropriate. [Effect] The residue from mountain gravel washing is constantly dehydrated, solidified by the addition of quality stabilizing material, and pulverized into granules. If this is used as a ground coat material, it will become a high-strength granular soil material with excellent weather resistance, and it will also be used as a highly absorbent oil and fat adsorbent.
7. Machine cutting oil and eyes! It can also be used to adsorb oil and fat spread on the floor during work such as changing the oil in cars. In addition, if it is colored with pigments, it can be used as a color grant coating material, and if it is mixed with organic fertilizer, it can be effectively used as a top for pickling gardens. Hereinafter, details of the present invention will be explained with reference to embodiments.

In addition, during the process of mixing the soil quality material, the color changes from red to green. We also conducted experiments in which pigments for ceramics such as black were added, but the resulting crushed particles had poor strength and water retention. The result is a ground coat material with good water permeability.
