Claims (1)
- 表面に複数個の導電部が形成された第１、第２
シリコン板２６，２７と該導電部の少くとも一部
が相対向するように所定の間隔を設けて配設され
た前記第１と第２シリコン板間に封入される液晶
とを有する赤外線調光素子と、該赤外線調光素子
に光学的に対向して配設される赤外線検出体２０
を収納する収納部と前記赤外線調光素子に隣接し
て配設される赤外線導入用開口とを有するセンサ
ケース２２とを備え、前記第１第２シリコン板の
所望の導電部間に電圧を印加することにより相対
向する電圧印加導電部間の液晶を駆動することを
特徴とする赤外線検出器。
