- 圧電素子の両面に、開口部を有する薄膜状の電
極が形成され且つ両電極が前記素子を貫く導通部
によつて接続された第一の圧電素子と、第二の圧
電素子とが交互に積層・固着されてなることを特
徴とする圧電積層構造体。
