Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直交する２方向の一方が他方より短い平板状部
材でなる、しかも、短手方向の少なくとも一方の
縁部が膨出曲線状を有する切断板と、 この切断板の長手方向の一端部に設けられてい
る柄とからなり、 膠質状物体と他の膠質状物体又は粉粒物とを、
上記切断板をその短手方向に繰返し移動させるこ
とで混合させる製菓用器具。
