Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a bag-like body 2' is constituted by a sheet-like body 1' on the front side and a sheet-like body 1' on the back side, and the middle part of the bag-like body 2' is In this step, both sheet-like bodies 1', 1' are welded in a substantially linear shape from one side of the bag-like body 2' to the other side, leaving at least one side edge portion, to form the bag-like body 2. In the air mat A' which has a meandering passage 3' inside, the tip of the welded linear part 5' is as shown in FIG.
Since it was only formed into a rod shape with approximately the same diameter as the welded linear portion 5', when the meandering passage 3' was filled with air, a large load was applied to the welded linear portion 5', causing damage at this location. There was a problem that the front and back sheet-like bodies peeled off or tore.

In the present invention, a bag-like body 2 is constituted by a sheet-like body 1 on the front side and a sheet-like body 1 on the back side, and both sheet-like bodies 1, 1 are separated from one side in the middle part of the bag-like body 2. The air mat A is welded in a substantially linear shape leaving at least one side end toward the other side to form a meandering passage 3 inside the bag-like body 2, the air mat A being welded in the substantially linear shape as described above. Welded linear part 5 at the tip of welded part 4
This air mat has a circular welded portion 6 at the tip having a larger diameter than the circular welded portion 6 at the tip, and a portion 9 that is not welded at the center of the circular welded portion 6. With this configuration, the above object can be achieved. I was able to achieve this.

In the middle part of the bag-like body 2, both sheet-like bodies 1, 1 are welded in a substantially linear shape from one side end to the other side end, leaving a part of the other side end. The welded parts 4 are spaced apart at approximately equal intervals, and unwelded parts 7 are alternately formed at one end and the other end, as shown in FIG. 3 to constitute the air mat A. Reference numeral 8 denotes an air supply/discharge port, which is connected to an air supply unit such as a pump via piping so that the meandering passage 3 can be filled with air.
A circular welded portion 6 having a larger diameter than the linear welded portion 5 is formed at the tip of the welded portion 4 welded in the substantially linear shape. According to such a configuration, the tip circular welding part 6 having a larger diameter than the welding linear part 5 increases the tip welding creepage area, reducing the concentration of load at this location, and improving the welding. The strength at the tip of the linear portion 5 is increased. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 7, a non-welded part 9 is provided in the center of the circular welded part 6 at the tip, and the welded area is smaller than that of the comparative example shown in FIG. 6, and the heat distribution is good. The weldability of the circular tip welded portion 6 is improved.

Thus, the central sheet-like body 1 and the upper sheet-like body 1 are connected in series, and both ends are closed to form an upper bag-like body 2 that can form a meandering passage 3 as a whole. It has been done. A lower sheet-like body 1 is disposed below the central sheet-like body 1, and the lower sheet-like body 1 is welded to the central sheet-like body 1 in a substantially linear shape with an interval. Thus, the central sheet-like body 1 and the lower sheet-like body 1 are connected in series, and both ends are closed, so that the lower bag-like body 2 can form a meandering lower meandering passage 3 as a whole.
has been configured. The welded parts 4 of the central sheet-like body 1 and the upper sheet-like body 1 and the welded parts 4 of the central sheet-like body 1 and the lower sheet-like body 1 are respectively positioned approximately at the center of the meandering passage 3 on the other side. There is. Then, the supply/discharge port 8 of the upper bag-like body 2 and the supply/discharge port 8 of the lower bag-like body 2
A pump 10 serving as an air supply device is connected in parallel to each of the pumps. An on-off valve 11 is provided in a piping section from the pump 10 to the upper bag-shaped body 2. The on-off valve 11 is a simple on-off valve that opens and closes an air supply path.

The aim is to expand and contract. In such a case, air is constantly supplied to the lower bag-like body 2 from the pump 10, and the lower bag-like body 2 is constantly inflated, and as the upper bag-like body 2 expands and contracts, the body The fulcrums that support the pine are alternately shifted by about half a pitch to create a pine surge effect. At this time, air is blown out from the air outlet 12 of the upper swollen bag-like body 2, which dries the body, and the stimulation caused by the air bulge also causes a pine surge effect. Moreover, the lower bag-like body 2 is constantly inflated, and can stably support the body and provide cushioning properties.

In summary, the present invention has a circular welded part with a larger diameter than the welded linear part at the tip of the welded part, so when the meandering passage of the bag is filled with air, the load is concentrated. The circular weld at the tip of the weld line has a larger diameter than the weld line, which can handle loads over a wide range, and can withstand loads sufficiently, and simple improvements can improve weld strength. It is possible to prevent the welded part from being damaged by increasing the welding temperature, and by providing a non-welded part in the center of the circular welded part at the tip, welding where the load is concentrated when air is filled in the meandering passage of the bag-like body is avoided. At the tip of the linear part, the circular welded part has a larger diameter than the welded linear part, so it can handle loads over a wide range and can withstand loads sufficiently. Since there is a part in the center of the large-diameter circular welded part that is not welded, the welding area can be reduced compared to the case where the entire large-diameter part is welded. This has the advantage of increasing welding strength.
