【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、自動二輪車(三輪車も含む)に於け
るデイスクブレーキ装置に関する。

けられている一組のパツド3a,3bが前記貫通
孔1aをその両開口端を同時に閉塞かつ開放する
ために、貫通孔1aの内部空気が振動して連続的
な異音を発生することがある。なお、同図に示す
デイスクブレーキ装置を概略的に説明すれば、デ
イスク1の外周端に近い円周部に貫通孔1aが多
数穿孔されているが、これは図示の如き円形状に
限らない。車両のブレーキ作動時に、キヤリパボ
デイ2内の油圧ピストン(図示せず)の作動によ
つて、両側一組とパツド3a,3bが前記デイス
ク1の外周端に近い部分、即ち貫通孔1aが穿孔
されている部分をその両側面から挾圧接し、矢印
A方向に回転するデイスク1の回転を制止する構
造である。

特徴としている。即ち、デイスクの円周方向に対
してその両側の一組のパツドを互いにズラせて組

塞又は開放されないような構成とするか、若しく
は一組のパツドにズレをもたせずその侭従来型の
如く双方の端面を揃えた状態にして、貫通孔自体
の形状を斜方孔、異径孔等に工夫することにより
その両開口端が同時に閉塞又は開放されないよう
にすることである。

うに同一形状のものとして製作されるのであり、
キヤリパポデイ2側の組付盤に対して片寄り気味
(l1>l2)に貼着せしめることで、この一組を両側
に逆向きとしてセツトすることで第2の如き実施
例構造が可能となる訳である。

各両端を結ぶ線とが交差することを特徴とするデ
イスクブレーキ装置。
