【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は例えば酒、飲料水その他適宜の被加熱
飲料を入れた内容器と、少なくとも2種以上の発
熱材をポツトの如き外容器内に一緒に収納し、必
要な時に前記発熱材を発熱させ、その熱により内
容器内の被加熱飲料を効率良く加熱して使用でき
るようにした加熱携帯用飲料パツクに関するもの

その発熱により内容器12内の被加熱飲料11を

たり一気に混合されないと発熱効果が低くなり、
被加熱飲料を所望の温度に加熱することができな
いという問題点があるばかりでなく、上記従来品
の場合は水を収容せるフイルム包装体が外容器外
に引出した開封用テープの一端を引張ることによ
り開封される構造となつているため、開封が円滑
に行われ難く、所期の目的を容易に達成すること

水と石灰の化学反応を素早く行わしめ、被加熱飲
料を所望の温度に速やかにしかも安全に加熱する
ことができるようにした発熱効果の高い加熱携帯
用飲料パツクを提供することを目的とするもので

料パツクにおいて、外容器の蓋部口縁に所要巾か
らなる蓋部摺動防止兼開封帯を設けるとともに前
記発熱材のうち少なくとも1種の発熱材をフイル
ムによる包装体となし、開封後の蓋部の摺動によ
り前記包装体を開封し発熱するようにして構成さ

化学反応を起させ発熱させてその熱により容器内
の被加熱飲料を速やかに所望の温度に加熱するも
のである。また加熱終了後は外容器の蓋をとり内

第1図乃至第2図は本考案の一実施例を示し、

を着脱でき、かつ気密性の高いものである。1a
は蓋部摺動防止兼開封帯であつて、前記蓋部2の
口縁部2aと外容器肩部1bとの間に設けられ、
第3図示のように前記外容器1の外周面から引き
剥すことにより前記蓋部2を下方に摺動すること
ができるようになつている。3は被加熱飲料4を
入れた内容器であつて、5は蓋である。なお前記
内容器の形態は図示のものに限定されることなく
如何なるものでもよい。6は前記外容器1内に収
納された石灰のような発熱材である。7は熱接着
可能なフイルム材をもつて形成された水フイルム
包装体であつて、内部に水7aを収容するととも
にその周辺を所要巾に熱接着して強シール部8と
し、さらに前記強シール部8内側の水フイルム包
装体7の所要個所に所要数の破断容易なポイント
シール部8′が設けられている。なお本実施例に
おいては発熱材は石灰と水をもつて示したが、こ
れに限定されることなく、所期の目的を達成し得
るものであれば如何なる性質のものでもよく、ま
たその数も任意でよい。また前記包装体7と内容
器3との間に第5図示のように突刺部9aを設け
た破袋部材9を挿入して破袋を行うようにしても
よく、被加熱飲料に代え適宜液、粘体等を加熱す

料パツクにおいて、外容器の蓋部口縁に所要巾か
らなる蓋部摺動防止兼開封帯を設けるとともに前
記発熱材のうち少なくとも1種の発熱材をフイル
ムによる包装体となし、開封後の蓋部の摺動によ
り前記包装体を開封し発熱するようにしたもので
あるから、内容器の加熱に際し、蓋部摺動防止兼
開封帯を引剥して前記外容器の蓋部を下方に摺動
可能とし、然る後前記蓋部の押圧力により容易に
水包装体を破袋し、前記水包装体内の水を短時に
強制的にその殆どの全量を水包装体外へ流出して
発熱材との化学反応を一気に行うことができるの
で、内容器内の被加熱飲料を所望の温度に速やか
に加熱することができ、しかも前記発熱が外容器
外へ吐出せず、安全で、かつ発熱効果のきわめて
高いものであり、また蓋部摺動防止兼開封帯を除
去しない限り、水包装体の破袋は行われないので
取扱上の危険が少なく、安心して使用できる効果
