Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 据付場所に一対のレールユニツトを介して横長
    の座席を前後移動可能に支持した車両用シートで
    あつて、 前記各レールユニツトは、据付場所に固設した
    車体側のレールと、該車体側のレールに前後移動
    可能に嵌合し前記座席の側端部を支持する座席側
    のレールとから成り、前記両レールの相互移動を
    阻止可能なロツク機構を備えたものにおいて、 前記両ロツク機構は、前記両レールの一方に固
    設されていて複数の係止部が連設されたロツクプ
    レートと、該ロツクプレートの係止部に選択的に
    係合可能なラツチ部材と、該ラツチ部材を前記ロ
    ツクプレートの係止部から離脱すべく、他方のレ
    ールに揺動可能に枢着されたロツク解除部材とを
    それぞれ備え、 前記両ロツク機構の一方のラツチ部材を前記係
    止部に係合する方向へ付勢する第１付勢部材と、 該第１付勢部材の引き力により、両ロツク機構
    の他方のラツチ部材を前記係止部に係合する方向
    へ付勢すべく、前記両方のラツチ部材を連結する
    引きワイヤと、 前記両ロツク機構の一方のロツク解除部材が揺
    動し、前記引きワイヤが弛んだ際に、前記他方の
    ラツチ部材を前記係止部から離脱すべく、第１付
    勢部材の引き力より小さな力で前記他方のラツチ
    部材を前記係止部から離脱する方向へ付勢する第
    ２付勢部材とを備えたことを特徴とする車両用シ
    ート。
