Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the fault countermeasure capability of a satellite system by applying memory dump by the automatic system to an up-line dump ULD on the occurrence of the fault of earth station controller SAC/satellite transmission earth station BBP. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of a process fault notice of an earth station controller SAC2/satellite transmission earth station BBP3, a network monitor SNCP1 generates an up-line dump ULD command to send a ULD start request to the SAC2. Then the ULD data of the processor designated by a request command is collected by the SAC2 or the BBP3 and sent to the SNCP1. Thus, a fault data is always outputted to improve the fault countermeasure capability of the satellite system by implementing the memory dump by the ULD automating system in this way.
