本発明は集中監視システムの端末制御方式に関し、特に
端末装置異常時の自動復旧を行う集中監視システムの端
末制御方式に関する.
〔従来の技術〕
従来、端末装置異常時の自動復旧方式としてはウオッチ
ドッグタイマ監視方式、又はバスタイムアウトタイマ監
視方式等がある.
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来の端末装置異常時の自動復旧方式は、設計
時にあらかじめ機能として装置に組込んでおかなければ
ならず、既に稼働中の装置に採用することは困難である
という問題点があった.本発明の目的は、端末装置の自
動復旧化が容易に可能であり、端末装置の稼働率を高め
ることができる集中監視システムの端末制御方式を提供
することにある.
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の集中監視システムの端末制御方式は、集中監視
装置に通信回線を介して端末装置が接続され、前記集中
監視装置からポーリング・セレクティング方式により前
記端末装置の制御が行われる集中監視システムの端末制
御方式において、前記集中監視装置と端末装置との送受
信信号を通信回線上で常時監視し、あらかじめ定められ
た時間内に前記端末装置が前記集中監視装置に応答信号
を返送しないとき、前記端末装置に対し、リセット信号
を出力し、前記端末装置を再スタートさせるように構成
されている.

〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように、本発明は、対象の端末装置にオー
トリスタート装置を接続することにより目的を実現でき
るため、新規設計,既設計を問わず装置の自動復旧化が
容易であり、端末装置の稼働率を高めることができると
