ドア装置に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention brings at least two doors into a flat closed state by abutting their inner edges against each other in an opening in a door mounting frame of a cabinet, etc., and from this state one side is closed. This is the so-called outset method in which the door is opened by moving one door so that it overlaps with the front or back side of the other door (the door is opened and closed externally on the front end of the opening of the door mounting frame). The present invention relates to flat-close sliding door devices of the type in which the door operates (operating type) or the inset type (the door is placed inside the door mounting frame and operates to open and close).

If a gap is not provided between the butting ends, the doors will be piled up and cannot be opened or opened, making it impossible to achieve a completely closed state. There were various problems in use, production, and cost, such as the inability to open and move the device without doing so.

いドア装置を本願人は既に出願している。 Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, two traveling bodies are provided at both the upper and lower ends of the left and right doors, respectively, at the inner and outer ends of the door in the width direction, and these are provided with brackets or the like. One upper wall door rail and one lower wall door rail are provided on each of the upper and lower walls of the door mounting frame so that the door can be guided to open and close when the traveling body is engaged with the door rail. A straight part provided in the center of the door, and a straight part at both left and right ends of the straight part, which can be rotated forward or backward using the running body at the outer edge of the door as a fulcrum to prevent mutual interference when the doors are opened and closed. When the left and right doors are opened and closed, the running body at the inner end of the door engages with the curved inclined part so as to be able to move freely in the front and rear directions of the door to allow the above-mentioned rotation and the mutual sliding movement of the doors. The applicant has already filed an application for a plane closing sliding door device which includes left and right evacuation parts connected to each other in the vicinity of the left and right sides of the straight part so as to be guided.

It can be made small, and it can be completely closed with no gaps without cutting the butting ends of the doors into a sloping state. Furthermore, each door can be easily formed with a single rail, and it can be easily installed. , it is also possible to provide it at low cost.

At the same time, the engaging pieces and the guide pieces are arranged so that when the door is opened and closed, the traveling body is guided along the straight line and is located near the entrances of the left and right evacuation sections. are arranged in such a position that they are engaged with each other so as to prevent the door from moving in the front-rear direction, and by this, when both the left and right doors are opened and closed,
When the traveling body engages with the straight section and is guided in its travel, the traveling body is prevented from entering the evacuation section, thereby preventing both doors from interfering with each other when opening and closing the doors, allowing smooth and smooth movement. Its purpose is to allow for easy opening and closing movements.

The purpose is to rotate the left and right doors 1 and 2 backward and return them to the state where they are flatly abutted to close the door. In order to open the door to a position where it completely covers the front of the other door, the traveling bodies 9, 11 of the arms 6, 7 are moved.
In addition to guiding the doors without hitting each other, the arm of one door enters under the bracket of the other door, and the running bodies 9, 11 of both brackets 4, 5 are shifted in the left-right direction, and both the left and right doors 1, This is provided to prevent the two brackets 4 and 5 from hitting each other and to increase the opening amount of the door.

0 naturally engages with each inclined portion 12b, 12b of the door rails 12, 12, while the running bodies 9, 11 at the inner end of the door engage with the evacuation portions 12c, 12c.
The doors 1 and 2 are engaged with the opening edge 3d of the door mounting frame 3 with almost no gap, closing the opening 3a.

Since a forward force is applied to the door 1, the door 1 rotates counterclockwise using the running body 8 at the outer end as a fulcrum, and as a result, the running body 9 escapes forward from the evacuation part 12c. The door 1 engages with the straight portion 12a, and the door 1 has an inner end portion 1a.

種ドア装置の使用性向上を図り得る。 As explained above, according to the flat sliding sliding door device according to the present invention, the brackets 4 and 5 are provided at both the upper and lower ends of the left and right doors 1 and 2, at both the inner and outer ends in the door width direction. Both doors 1,
Door mounting frame 3 so that 2 can be guided to open and close freely.
One upper wall door rail and one lower wall door rail 12, 12 are provided on both the upper and lower walls 3b, 3c, respectively. 11 in the width direction of the doors 1, 2, and from both left and right ends thereof, when the doors are opened and closed, the doors 1, 2 are guided around the traveling bodies 8, 10 at the outer ends of the doors as fulcrums. The inclined parts 12b, 1 are curved and extended forward or backward so that the doors 1, 2 are rotated and inclined to avoid interference between the doors 1, 2.
2b, and when the left and right doors 1 and 2 are opened and closed, the running bodies 9 and 11 at the inner end of the door are movable in the front and rear directions of the door to allow the above-mentioned rotational tilt and sliding movement of both doors. In a plane closing sliding door device comprising evacuation parts 12c, 12c which are connected to each other in the vicinity of the left and right sides of the straight part so as to be engaged and guided, in the vicinity of both the running bodies of both the doors 1, 2, Two engaging pieces 13, 14 each on one side of the door in the front and back direction.
15 and 16, respectively, and on the other hand, both the evacuation parts 12c and 12 in the both door rails 12 and 12
In the straight portions 12a, 12a near the entrance of door c, on one side in the front-back direction of the door, there are two pieces each for engaging and guiding the above-mentioned engaging pieces 13 to 16 so that they can be freely engaged and slid in the width direction of the door. Address information piece 11
7, 18 are provided protrudingly, and the above-mentioned engaging pieces 13 to 1
6 and guide pieces 17, 18, when the traveling bodies 13 to 16 are guided by the straight portions 12a, 12a and positioned near the entrances of both evacuation sections when the door is opened and closed, the engagement pieces 13, 14, 16, 15 and guide piece 17,
18 are provided before the insertion position of the traveling bodies 8 to 11 with respect to the evacuation parts 12c, 12c, and in a positional relationship that allows them to freely engage with each other. Therefore, when the door is opened and closed, Running body 8
11 will not enter the evacuation parts 12c and 12c, so when the doors 1 and 2 move laterally, the doors 1 and 2 will not move or swing in the front-rear direction, and the doors 1 and 2 will not be able to open. Since the door can be moved parallel to the edge 3d, it is possible to prevent the door from interfering with the other door, and the opening and closing operations of the door can be performed smoothly and easily, and the usability of this type of door device is improved. Improvements can be made.
