ドア装置に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention has at least two doors installed inside the opening in the door mounting frame of a cabinet, etc. (hereinafter referred to as an internal installation type), and the inside ends of the doors are installed inside each other. This invention relates to an internal type flat-closing double-sliding door device in which the doors are brought into a closed state in a plane by abutting against each other, and from this state the doors are brought into an open state by moving one door to the front side of the other so as to overlap with each other.

有している。 Conventional general sliding doors create a step between the doors in the door thickness direction, detracting from the aesthetics of the design, so the above-mentioned flat-close sliding doors have begun to be used more frequently, but As disclosed in No. 36427,
Let the rail protrude from the cabinet to the front side,
Since the guide groove in which the door runs is recessed in this, when the door is in the closed state, the guide groove is exposed on the front side of the door, which not only poses a problem in terms of design, but also causes problems in the lower guide. Dust, etc. will enter the groove, and due to the structure of the door, unless a gap is provided between the butt ends of the two doors, the door cannot be moved to open, resulting in stacked doors. Therefore, it is not possible to achieve a completely closed state with the door alone, and in other cases, the butting ends of both doors must be chamfered to an inclined state in order to open the door. There are various cost problems.

うとするのが、その目的である。 The present invention is an attempt to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and includes running bodies provided at both the upper and lower ends of the left and right doors, at both the inner and outer ends in the width direction of the door.
One upper wall door rail and one lower wall door rail are provided on the opposing surfaces of the upper and lower walls of the door mounting frame so that the respective running bodies are engaged and both doors are guided in their travels so as to be openable and closable. In the internal flat-closing sliding door device, a gap is maintained between the doors by appropriately interconnecting each of the traveling bodies and the guide portions formed in the front and rear directions of both door rails. The door can be opened into a covered state without any gaps, and the amount of opening can be increased, and the door can be completely closed without any gaps without having to cut out the ends of the doors that meet each other in an inclined state. Furthermore, the gap between the door and the upper and lower walls of the door mounting frame can be made extremely small, and when the door is closed, the door rail is covered by the door and is not exposed, resulting in an excellent design. The purpose is to make it possible to simplify the structure, make it easy to manufacture, and provide it at low cost.

At both upper and lower ends of the door 2, running bodies 6, 6',
7, 7' are provided on the opposite surfaces of the upper and lower walls 3a, 3b of the door mounting frame 3 so that the respective traveling bodies 6 to 7' are engaged and both the doors 1, 2 are travel-guided so as to be openable and closable. In the internal flat closing sliding door device which is provided with one door rail 8 for the upper wall and one door rail 9 for the lower wall, the traveling bodies 6 to 7' are located at both the upper and lower ends of the doors 1 and 2. At the tips 4a, 4a', 5a, 5a' of the brackets 4, 4', 5, 5' extending rearward from both the inner and outer ends 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b in the door width direction. The door rail 8 for the upper wall and the door rail 9 for the lower wall are attached symmetrically so as to project in the vertical direction, respectively.
Straight portions 8a, 9a that can guide the traveling bodies 6, 6', 7, 7' in the width direction of the doors 1, 2, and both doors 1,
2 is in a planar closed state, the traveling bodies 6, 6',
Guide portions 8b, 8b', 9b, 9 are connected rearward at both ends of the linear portions 8a, 9a and on the left and right sides of the central portion, so that the guide portions 7, 7' can be moved in the front and rear directions.
b', 8c, 8c', 9c, 9c', and
The extension length of each bracket 4, 4', 5, 5' is determined by the length of each door rail 8, 9 when the door is closed.
The dimensions are such that the brackets 4, 4', 5, 5', etc. do not collide with each other when the doors 1, 2 open and close. Since the structure has a difference in height, the doors 1 and 2 can be opened in a covered state without creating a gap between them, and the amount of opening can be increased, making it convenient for loading and unloading goods. It is possible to completely close the door without any gaps without cutting the butt ends of the doors into an inclined state, and the gap between the doors 1, 2 and the inner wall surface of the door mounting frame 3 can be minimized, making it possible to close the door. In this state, the door rails 8 and 9 are covered by the doors 1 and 2 and are not exposed, so not only can the design be excellent, but also the intrusion of dust from the outside can be prevented.
