ようになし、止水プラグ4を矢印A方向へ回動し
て制止突片6に規制片5′が当接した時止水プラ
グ4の通孔4′が連結管2,3の通孔2′,3′と
一致連通し、又、止水プラグ4を矢印B方向へ回
動して規制片5′が制止突片7に当接した時通孔
4′は通孔2′,3′に対し直交状態となつて遮断
