In this device, switching between using the first temperature regulator 11 located in the bathroom and using the second temperature regulator 20 located in the kitchen is performed using a changeover switch 10 disposed in the bathroom operating device 1. This can only be done by using the shower, so if you set the hot water temperature high in the kitchen without knowing that there is a bather using the shower, the shower user may get burned by the suddenly discharged hot water. It has the advantage of eliminating danger.

That is, in the case of the above conventional temperature controller, when selecting the temperature controller to be used from the first temperature controller 11 on the bathroom side and the second temperature controller 20 on the kitchen side, the bathroom operating device 1 is used. Selector switch 1 installed in
0 must be switched. Therefore, if it becomes necessary to use hot water in the kitchen under conditions where the changeover switch 10 is set on the bathroom side, if you want to adjust the hot water temperature in the kitchen, you will have to go to the bathroom. This results in the inconvenience of having to switch the switch 10 to the kitchen side. In other words, the operability is poor.

[Means] The technical means of the present invention for solving the above problems will be explained according to the conceptual diagram shown in FIG. 11 and a first operation switch 13, and the other second chamber 22 is provided with a second temperature regulator 20 and a second operation switch 23, and a water flow switch 4 is inserted into the hot water circuit. A storage means 5 is provided which is set by the input signal of the operation switch 13 and reset by the AND output of the input signal of the second operation switch 23 and the deactivation signal of the water flow switch 4, and furthermore, the storage means 5 is set to the set state. A switching means 6 is provided which switches to the first temperature regulator 11 side in response to an output signal of a certain memory means 5 and switches to the second temperature regulator 20 side in accordance with the output of the memory means 5 in the set state. The heat generation amount of the heat source is controlled by the first temperature regulator 11 or the second temperature regulator 20.

When operating hot water in a bathroom, the temperature controller in the bathroom becomes effective without any conditions.
There is one described in Publication No. 57-182040. However, with this system, while the bathtub is being filled with hot water from the hot water faucet installed in the bathroom, the set temperature of the bathroom temperature controller is always in effect, so filling the bathtub takes a long time. However, it is impossible to obtain high-temperature water by setting a high temperature in the kitchen. In contrast, in the present invention, after switching the temperature adjustment place to the second room 22 side such as the kitchen, the second temperature controller 20 located in the second room 22 sets the hot water filling temperature. 1
When the hot water faucet in the room 12 (bathroom) is opened and hot water is filled, the hot water reaches the temperature set by the second temperature controller 20 in the second room 22 (kitchen). Therefore, if high-temperature water is required in the second chamber 22 (kitchen) during this long-time filling process, the second chamber 22 (kitchen)
By setting a high temperature with the second temperature controller 20 provided in the second room 2, it becomes possible to use high temperature water in the second room 22 such as the kitchen. Furthermore, by setting the hot water filling temperature again after using high-temperature water, the hot water filling operation can be continued without any problem.

Next, when the first operating switch 13 provided on the bathroom operating device 1 is pressed, an output is output from the flip-flop 50 and the third switching transistor 8
The emitter side of No. 1 becomes “H”, and the “H” signal is sent to the second AND circuit 64 via the eighth terminal 49.
The AND output of this signal and the turn-on signal of the power switch 24 is output to the first switching transistor 8.
applied to the base of Then, the excitation coil 63 is energized and the switching means 6 is switched.
That is, the switching means 6 switches to the bathroom operating device 1.

When the second operation switch 23 is pressed in order to change the temperature adjustment location to the kitchen 25 side while the shower 18 is in use, an "H" signal is output from the low potential side of the second operation switch 23, which is sent to the first AND circuit 60. However, since the other input of the first AND circuit 60 (the output of the water flow switch 4) is "L" as described above, the AND condition of the two inputs to the first AND circuit 60 is is not established, and the first AND circuit outputs an "L" signal. Therefore, the flip-flop 50, which is reset by the "H" signal of the first AMD circuit 60, is not reset.

Next, when the water flow switch 4 is turned OFF by, for example, stopping the use of the shower 18, the normally closed output contact 41 returns to the initial state, and the water flow switch 4 is turned off.
The potential between the second fixed resistor 90 and the second fixed resistor 90 returns to "H", and the "H" signal is applied to one input terminal of the first AND circuit 60. When the second operation switch 23 is turned on under the condition that the water flow switch 4 is OFF (conditions in which the shower 18 etc. are not used in the bathroom), the de-energization signal of the second operation switch 23 and the water flow switch 4 are activated. When the AND condition of the input signal is satisfied, the first AND circuit 60 outputs an "H" signal.
That is, the reset terminal 52 of the flip-flop 50
A reset signal is applied to the flip-flop 50, so that the flip-flop 50 no longer outputs an output, so that the output on the emitter side of the third switching transistor 81 becomes "L". Therefore, the switching means 6 is returned to its initial state via the second AND circuit 64 and the first switching transistor 8. That is, the second
