The present invention is based on the following formula (): The compound represented by (hereinafter simply referred to as the present compound)
This invention relates to a solid agricultural chemical formulation that is stabilized. This compound is highly effective against various insect pests in rice and field crops, and is known as an excellent insecticide with a wide spectrum. However, this compound is extremely unstable, and when formulated by being supported on powdered or granular mineral carriers (e.g. bentonite, clay, talc, zeolite, diatomaceous earth, etc.) that are commonly used, This compound decomposes significantly, and in some cases, the decomposition rate after one month at 50°C can reach 50% or more, and highly toxic carbofuran is also produced during the decomposition process, so it is important to avoid this decomposition from a safety perspective. The current situation is that there is a strong desire to suppress this as much as possible. As a result of various studies on suppressing the decomposition of this compound in solid agricultural chemical formulation, the present inventors found that
We have completed the present invention by discovering that the stability of the present compound can be significantly increased, that is, decomposition can be significantly suppressed, by using a mineral material heat-treated at a high temperature of 1000°C or higher as a carrier. The present invention relates to a stabilized solid agricultural chemical formulation in which the present compound represented by formula () is supported on a mineral carrier heat-treated at a calcination temperature of 1000° C. or higher. In the present invention, solid agricultural chemical formulations refer to formulations such as powders, granules, microgranules, and wettable powders, and mineral carriers include, for example, clay, talc, bentonite, zeolite, and diatomaceous earth. ,
Refers to naturally occurring minerals such as pyumicide, which mainly contain silica and alumina, and can be in the form of crushed powder, fine particles, granules, or lumps. Alternatively, the powder may be granulated using a binder, a surfactant, water, etc., and then heated and baked using these materials. Although the effect appears at a firing temperature of about 800°C, it is insufficient, and a sufficient effect can be obtained at a firing temperature of approximately 1000°C or higher. The heat treatment method is not particularly limited, but firing can be performed using various commonly used furnaces such as an electric furnace, a round kiln, a vertical kiln, a rotary kiln, and a tunnel kiln. The heat treatment time may be about 30 minutes at 1000°C or higher. The content of the present compound varies depending on the formulation form, conditions of use, etc., and is not particularly limited.
Appropriately it is about 10% by weight, and about 10 to 50% by weight for wettable powders. Furthermore, when preparing a solid agricultural chemical formulation, auxiliary agents such as a surfactant, a binder, a fluidity improver, and a coloring agent may be used as necessary. Next, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples and their effects, but the present invention is not limited to these. In addition, parts in the following examples mean parts by weight.
Furthermore, all of the present compounds in the following examples contain 4% epoxidized soybean oil. Example 1 Powder product In an electric furnace adjusted to 800℃, 1000℃, 1100℃
Powder products of clay (produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture), talc (produced in Saitama Prefecture), bentonite (produced in Gunma Prefecture), zeolite (produced in Miyagi Prefecture), diatomaceous earth (produced in Okayama Prefecture) heat-treated for 30 minutes, and unfired products of these minerals ( control)
Add 3 parts of this compound to 97 parts and mix well with stirring.
% powder was adjusted. Next, put each powder sample into a glass bottle, seal it tightly, and
After being stored in a constant temperature chamber at ℃ for 15 days, the content of this compound was analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography to determine the decomposition rate * relative to the initial content. The results are shown in Table 1. *Decomposition rate (%) = (1 - content of this compound after storage test / content of this compound before storage test) x 100

[Table] As is clear from Table 1, the carrier heat-treated at 1000°C or higher has particularly excellent stability. Example 2 Granules Clay (produced in Saitama prefecture), bentonite (produced in Gunma prefecture), and pyuumisite (produced in Gunma prefecture) were crushed and sieved to have a particle size of 14 to 42 mesh.
It was baked for 30 minutes in an electric furnace adjusted to ℃. A homogeneous mixed solution of 5 parts of the present compound and 10 parts of acetone was added to 95 parts of each of the heat-treated granular carriers and the untreated granular carriers, stirred and mixed thoroughly, and then the acetone was air-dried to remove. Next, each of the obtained granule samples was placed in a glass bottle, sealed tightly, and stored in a thermostat at 50° C. for 30 days, after which the decomposition rate of the present compound was determined in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 2.

[Table] Example 3 Granulated granule product 20 parts of powdered bentonite, 78 parts of powdered clay
1 part of calcium lignin sulfonate, 1 part of Gohsenol GL-05 (polyvinyl alcohol manufactured by Nippon Gosei Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.), mixed with 15 parts of water, and mixed in an Eck pelleter equipped with a 0.8 mm screen. (manufactured by Nipaudal Co., Ltd.). The water-containing granules were divided into two parts, one part was dried at 100°C for 2 hours, and the other part was placed in an electric furnace and the temperature was raised to 1400°C and held at 1400°C for 5 minutes to obtain granular carriers. Let the former be a blank ball A and the latter be a blank ball B. 3 parts of the present compound was added to 97 parts each of blank spheres A and B, and after thorough mixing, 3% granules were obtained. Place each sample obtained in a glass bottle and place it in a thermostat at 50℃.
After holding for 30 days, the decomposition rate of the present compound was determined in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 3.
