る。静電記録装置の生産工程、或いはメンテナン
スに際しその現像器、トナー補給器、クリーニン
グ器等のトナー収容容器の内部に付着したり、記
録装置本体内に飛散したりしたトナー,キヤリヤ
ーを清掃する必要があり、通常減圧源に継いたホ
ースによりこれらのトナーキヤリヤーを吸引除去
している。

製のノズル4を取付けてある。このホースはフレ
キシブルチユーブの他端5を減圧源に連結しノズ
ル部を前記トナー収容部或いはトナー飛散個所に
差込んで吸引清掃を行なうが、全体に不電導性の
材料で構成されているため、高速で吸引されて来
る粉体との摩擦等によつて静電気を発生し帯電し
易い。特に摩擦のはげしいノズル部分での帯電が
大きく、作業者にシヨツクを与えたり、火花放電
を生じたりして、作業安全上の問題を生ずる欠点
があつた。この解決手段としてノズル部分を金属
製とする方法等も考えられるが、清掃すべき対象
の多くはプラスチツク製であり、金属製ノズルは
これらの製品を傷つけるため使用することができ
ない。

上記導電性軟質素材としてはゴム或いは種々の

る事もできる。ホースの操作性等の点から上記導
線はホース内部に取付ける事が望ましい。接地用
の接点若しくは端子は上記ホース上のどこに設け
てもよいがホースの減圧源への取付部付近が操作
上好ましく、ホースの減圧源への取付部材を金属
製として接地用接点とし、該ホースを減圧源に取
付けたとき自動に接地されるようにするのが最も
好ましい。

接地手段がとれない場合には、ホース上に接地用
端子を設け、これに直接接地ラインを接続すれば
よい。

用接点26は電気的に接続されている。ノズル2
2は固有固体抵抗104Ω−cmの導電性ゴムによつ

いた鉄線をプラスチツク膜で被つた第4図のよう
な構造を持つフレキシブルパイプを用いて実施例
1と近似の構造の粉体清掃ホースを作成したもの
である。第4図において41は鉄線、42はプラ
スチツクである。フレキシブルパイプを構成する
螺施状鉄線35の両端は金属製アダプター32及
び金属製取付部材36にそれぞれ接続され導線の
役割を果しており、独立の導線は不要となる利点
がある。33,34はそれぞれ実施例1と同様の
金属製パイプ及び導電性ゴム製のノズルである。
